Delicious and filling - Edit
My quest to eat mee goreng in Ireland has finally been fulfilled thanks to the most recent reviewer of this restaurant. I got a delicious and large portion of it, and I also got veggie spring rolls which were very good too. The staff were very friendly and the service was fast. If you’re vegan, be sure to tell them when you order. In my own experience, the spice levels are gauged by Irish standards rather than Malaysian standards. At least when I stopped in, the only in-house seating was three small counters with stools, but shortly after opening I had no issue eating there.

Tasty, friendly, fast! - Edit
Great vegan menu here with something to suit everyone. We had two noodle dishes, vegan gyoza, and some edamame beans and everything was delicious.

Malay Kitchen - Edit
This was very average Malaysian food. I ordered their pho and was surprised that it came with little broth and was made with vermicelli noodles. I also had to add a lot of salt for this dish to taste good since the flavors weren’t exactly there. Overall, I wasn’t impressed given the probes, which was 25€ for two people.

So many options! - Edit
Malay Kitchen can veganize any item on the menu - it is as easy as telling them you are vegan, and they will make it happen! The guy taking the order, whose name I sadly did not get, was helpful and recommended which dishes he felt were best to be made vegan. I have been there a few times, and everything I have tried was delicious! They also have a vegan cake option there (I tried the carrot cake), which did not disappoint.

inexpensive vegan options - Edit
I got lunch twice while I was here, each day the 5 Euro lunch special. You can get most things vegan there. I got the udon tofu noodles and ginger chili lime fried rice. Quick and inexpensive. I would have liked more spices, but it might not be a popular thing in Ireland. Also the vegetable rolls are delish! Careful of the chips they give you, they aren't vegan.

Chips are vegan if you let staff know. They have two oils, both are vegetables oil. They use one for meat the other for non meat produce. So the chips are vegan they use the vegetable side. They do their chips in the veg side normally anyways

(most) Amazing vegan noodles - Edit
I adore Malay Kitchen and keep going back. The food is yummy and fresh, staff is super pleasant and now you can even sit in! I find it really good value and there are many vegetarian options and they will make them vegan for you; tofu is really nice. They have a little library going with nice books at the back too and a loyalty card that will give you free meals. It is right in the city centre and does take away and delivery. Only faults... they are closed on Mondays... but then again they deserve some rest too.

tasty range - Edit
Chefs here are very accommodating for vegans and vegetarians. It's great that the 5Euro lunch menu always has a vegan option and that there's a huge range of stuff to choose from so you don't get bored. My fave is the eat in lontong, huge meal of fresh veggies, sauce, rice cakes, something called fuchuck which is tofu skin apparently, tofu and sambal for spiciness. Eat here a lot
