Très bonnes tartes flambées et galettes de pomme de terre - Edit
Un restaurant familial avec une grande terrasse bien agréable l'été. Plusieurs plats sur la carte sont estampillés vegan. D'autres sont végétariens.

La tarte flambée avec sa crème de soja est aussi très réussie (ne pas hésiter à demander des ingrédients d'autres tartes flambées si on le souhaite: champignons, choucroute...).
Pros: tartes flambées vegan, grande terrasse
Cons: pas de dessert vegan (mis à part les sorbets)

Der Flammkuchen war ausgezeichnet und nicht nur ohne alles unvegane, sondern mit veganer Creme fresh und Räuchertofu, reichlich belegt. Der Cafe ist auch ausgezeichnet.

Lovely restaurant with a very nice patio to eat al fresco. Vegan options are clearly labeled on the menu. We were a bit disappointed that they were out of the vegan tarte flambé, but we had their pizza instead and it was actually one of the nicer vegan pizzas I’ve had. Great dough and nice, plentiful toppings. I also tried their vegetale salad (but vegan, so without feta) and it was also very tasty. They are very generous with their portion sizes and toppings on both the pizza and salad.
Read moreI also wanted to try some regional specialties, so I asked if they could bring us some choucroute, steamed potatoes, and French fries. They did and everything was delicious. Apparently their potatoes are locally sourced. Finally, we tried their sorbets since they were also local. The lemon one was not great, but the raspberry one was delicious.
Overall we had a great meal and would recommend stopping here. Just be warned that the servers are not particularly attentive.

Great food and service with vegan options - Edit
We were visiting the Vosges for a few days and found it hard to find a place where we could eat vegan. We sat on the terrace outside and enjoyed great and very friendly service. They explained which vegan options there were, and there were even some vegan suggestions. We ate vegan Galettes de pommes de tere and a tarte flambée. Would recommend this place to any vegan or vegetarian visiting this region.
