Yummy vegan burger - Edit
Had first ordered the vegan steak (seitan), but waitress said to better select something else, since there had been some complaints about this dish. She suggested the vegan burger. Requested without bun, and they put some extra veggies instead. I really liked it: yummy patty, crispy fries, nicely roasted vegetables and humus.

Don't care If you are vegan (+ UPDATE 2023) - Edit
I got the vegan steak (seitan) and asked to change the fries (which are cooked in animal fat) for grilled vegetables which they had no problem with doing but then when the plate came, they added some pesto that clearly had cheese in it. Why would you add cheese If I have specified that I'm vegan and the dish is called vegan steak? Anyways, the seitan was really good although a bit too oily and the portions were really big (which is good because after waiting for 1:30h to get served I was extremely hungry). It's also very expensive for the bad service you get, the waiters were ignoring us and talking between them all the time.

Went again with my nonvegan family and the sauce did not have any cheese this time. The only problem was the amount of seitan was more than halved😒1st time I got 2 very big pieces and this time it was only a very small piece. My family also noticed their portion sizes had gotten smaller since last time. Service was still slow but not as much as last time and it was also a saturday!

Large and delicious choice of vegan and vegetarian dishes - Edit
It was the second time I came here and again I was amazed by the wide selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes. I took the vegan pizza, my husband the vegetarian and our daughters a margarita. The vegan dessert with warm apple and coconut ice cream is also highly recommended! The people are super friendly and helpful. What did upset me were the lobsters in an aquarium. My first thought was to leave, but the atmosphere was so good, and we had reservations, that we sat down well out of sight of the lobsters.

Er was een ruime keuze aan vegetarische en vegan gerechten naast de gewone keuken. De zaak is heel mooi ingericht. Het is er wel altijd zeer druk. De bediening is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Really bad experience! - Edit
Whe ordered the vegan burger with fries. I was with 2 meat eaters friends. Me friends say that the fries taste like they are baked in ANIMAL FAT. Whe say it to staff and he says yes its true we do it because the vegans want fries to he said. You need to put it on the menu and don’t trick people with it! No solution or excuses. Really disrespecting to do that. We have wait 2 hours for or food to arrive. And the staff we hat was not friendly! Never coming there again!

It s a very nice place to be. The vegan food is delicious, the staff is very friendly. You can ask for a place near the water. Many choices of vegan food.

Almost ten vegan options! - Edit
This is a really cosy restaurant by the water. There is a lot to choose from. The vegan pizza is great, the avocado toast is amazing and the burger is great as well. The burger comes with a lot of vegetables which is nice. The building is very modern and you can park nearby.

Nice setting, but way overpriced food - Edit
Ten years ago I would have been over the moon with a restaurant offering vegan dishes, and especially the fact that they mention them seperately on the menu. I'm still happy with the fact they cater for vegans, but found it culinairy somewhat disappointing. Especially at that price.

The vegan cheeze dollops were a nice addition, but all in all we weren't really excited about this.
It was also very unhandy that the pizza crust was uncut and really difficult to slice it with the available knife. Pfew!
And way overpriced. 21€ for a dish of vegetables is simply too much.
But I guess one pays for the stylish interior and the location (at the former docks - canal).
Another thing: we hadn't made a reservation but arrived very early (around 5.30pm and were 'granted' a table for two inside, just next to the entrance, at the window. This also meant we were seated at the back of a counter on the other side of the window, and cound't actually see anything outside. Not really enjoyable.
And why? By the time we left, the restaurant was still half empty ...

Heel gezellig restaurant met respect voor iedereen!!! Dochter heeeeerlijke vegan pasta en ik een vegan pizza en ja hoor zelfs vegan dessert, echt je evenwaardig voelen als iedereen en niet moeten toekijken, wij komen terug als ze open zijn na covid!!

Voor elk wat wils wat betreft de vegan opties. Heel leuk dat er ook een keuze is voor een dessert. Meestal vergeten ze dit. Heel lekker gegeten in een leuke omgeving. Bediening was super vriendelijk.
