A vegetarian coffee shop and restaurant nestled within an old bookstore in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Originally dating back to 1872, the place was reopened with the intention of creating a refined and epicurean space preserving its charm and original purpose. Some dishes are vegan and/or can be made vegan, such as a buckwheat bowl, tahini zucchini, hummus platter (ask without egg), banana "nice cream". Also offers smoothies and plant-based milks for hot beverages. Open Mon-Fri 09:00-18:30, Sat-Sun 09:30-18:30.

Charming spot - Edit
Tiny library-style café with a couple of vegan options for lunch. Expensive (it's not a cheap part of Paris) but very tasty.

The cutest restaurant & coffee shop to have a drink or eat surrounded by books - Edit
I went there twice and just love the atmosphere of this place. You will eat or drink something surrounded by books all over the place. They have a seating area upstairs and a few tables outside. No wifi/laptops allowed. They do have some vegan options for lunch (couldn't take pictures of the menu as a lady was checking it - but I'm pretty sure you can find it on Google Maps or on their Instagram page maybe). Unfortunately no vegan pastries (which is a pity because when you see their counter everything looks amazing!!!!) but for dessert I do know that they have chia pudding or banana nice cream.
