Vegan menu, delicious Thai food! - Edit
We enjoyed our dinner at Mai Thai! We appreciated the separate vegan menu. When asked, our waitress said that the spring rolls on the regular menu were also vegan. The fried rice and yellow curry were delicious and well portioned! It was a great find in Steamboat.

It was difficult to decide which entree to order from the vegan menu because they all sounded so good. I chose the Pad Thai and it was very good.

SO GOOD - Edit
Would rate 5 stars if I could. They have a whole vegan menu, and the vegan red curry was insanely tasty. My partner got the vegan pad Thai which was pretty good too , but she wishes she got a curry.

Perfect on a rainy evening - Edit
It was cold and pouring rain which made the evening mood perfect to enjoy some VEGAN Pad Thai at Mai Thai. I can’t speak for their drinks but they have an entire vegan section of their menu that is reasonably priced with a hearty serving. The server asked if we wanted it spicy (definitely not Thai spicy though) which was appreciated. We left with full stomachs and cured from the stormy blues.

Delicious! - Edit
My family raved about how tasty this place was. We’re already ready to order again. We put in a LARGE order and even though the pickup time said 50-60 minutes they were ready a bit early! I would highly recommend the mango sticky rice

Tasty, would eat again! - Edit
Mai Thai in Steamboat Springs has a vegan section on the menu that makes it easy to order.
Read moreWe started with fried tofu. Kevin got the Drunken Noodles and I got the Yellow Curry.
The flavors here were definitely a step up from what we had in Ouray. The dishes were more complex. Surprisingly good for a mountain town.
As for prices, it's perfectly in line with any other sit down restaurant. The price of a brick of tofu at the grocery store has nothing to do with how much it costs to run a restaurant.
Pros: Vegan section right on the menu, Tasty, Pleasant atmosphere, convenient

Decent - Edit
We did like the idea of the vegan menu and it was good. But considering the cost of a brick of tofu is 2$ and we got maybe a half brick between both our meals was a lil lack luster for $37 bucks

Cons: Costly , Tofu is cheap and the dishes were skimpy on tofu

Definitely the best vegan fare we found in steamboat (in 2 days) - Edit
My wife and I were visiting from Austin, and we took a chance on this place because they had a vegan menu posted in the window. The food was legit delicious (we eat Thai often) and they gave us no nervous “do they actually know what vegan means?” vibes. When we congratulated them on the vegan menu they said it was new, so definitely reward them by going in and asking for it!

I got the Drunken Noodles with the vegan option, aka no eggs or fish sauce.
Very good and my dinner partners enjoyed their food also.
Pros: Vegan section in menu, Willing to make adjustments to dishes, Not overpriced
