Food is good - Edit
The food was great, simple. We had burgers (no cheese) and we had crepe cakes which were delicious.
Read moreYou have to order food to go and see the cats which are in a separate room (for this I’m glad as it means they’re not around food)
The cats are cared for and loved that is clear, however as someone who comes from an animal behaviourist and trainer background the space that they’re in concerns me for their mental well-being. A massive lack of mental stimulation, too many cats for the room they’re in, the cats all wait by the door for people to come in as they’re bored. Additionally the handling of the cats I witnessed by other people does frighten me. The area is unsupervised and while no direct harm came to these cats people do not pick up the cats correctly nor read the body language of cats. The cats do have their own time out space that peoples can’t access which I do appreciate. The cats are loved however it is hard for me not to personally analyse all aspects of welfare.

Purrfection in Progress!!! - Edit
There are certainly challenges that come with establishing a vegetarian cafe. While there's evident effort, there are areas that need improvement. The staff needs more training. They were unsure about the menu and couldn't answer basic questions. They were occasionally preoccupied with their phones and their attitudes in their service were indifferent and uncaring. Additionally, the air conditioning did not seem to be working well because it was very warm inside. The culinary offerings, unfortunately, didn't meet expectations, and there was a noticeable odor in the cat area. Addressing these aspects with a gentle touch could elevate the overall experience.

Cons: Staff training, Culinary improvement, Odor issue
