Vegan scones! - Edit
Every time I go, I ask if any of the baked goods are vegan. There is always one option: the chocolate chip scone. It's a nice little treat to go with your morning coffee. I love this place, I'm glad it's still around.

Cozy spot on the mall - Edit
I like the atmosphere of this coffee shop on the mall. I ordered the match latte and it was way too sweet for my taste. My six year-old loved it though. I want to come back and try a coffee based drink because I don't think I could judge based on just one drink.

Walking through the “mall”, the first thing you smell is magic brain, incredible aroma! I ordered an iced latte with soy milk and a flavored syrup. They offered multiple nondairy milks and had tons of fun syrup flavors that were dairy free. The espresso was very tasty, staff friendly, and feel of the cafe cozy. Highly recommend for a drink!

I have had little success in beach towns, usually relegated to a simple cup of coffee with soy milk (If that). Magic Brain is helping Cape May subvert the norm and become more vegan-friendly with an assortment of plant-based milks and a scone.
Read moreThe cafe, steps from the beach, is a fabulous place to get some morning coffee and a vegan scone or to satisfy an afternoon/evening pick-me-up while walking in the center. I recommend getting there early because the demand for the scones is high, and they sell out quickly.
Magic Brain is one of the best cafe options in Cape May for any vegan. I would strongly recommend it.
