Delicious Indian Food, Many Vegan Options - Edit
Staff is extremely friendly. Gobi Manchurian is DELICIOUS! Ask for mild spice in anything you order unless you like it HOT! Can't wait to try more of their vegan dishes. They are clearly marked online, but might have to double check when in the actual restaurant.

Best Indian food in AA, so far - Edit
I had lunch buffet here a few days after having dinner at Taste of India Suvai, which is not on Happy Cow because they prepare lamb. I liked Madras Masala better. There were about half a dozen vegan options, which one of the employees pointed out to me after I asked. The food is not labeled as vegan and some things you might expect to be vegan have yogurt or cream, so just ask. I had two hearty plates for $11.61. The only thing I didn’t like was the aloo gobi, which was too sweet, like tomato paste. I’d recommend Madras Masala and I’m looking forward to eating dinner there.

Ok food - Edit
We went for lunch. It was a buffet. The food was not properly labelled so it was not clear which options were vegan. For people not familiar with Indian dishes it will be hard to find out the vegan options. Many of the dishes were pretty oily and we did not feel good after eating, although that was partially due to overeating :P.

So Vegany - Edit
I took my GF here and she is vegan and made me vegan so ya, that happened. Anyway, this place did a great job with the vegan dishes. There's apparently one expert so ask for that guy. Otherwise, tons of vegan options. Very satisfying.

Best Indian Food in Michigan - Edit
My staple as a student in Ann Arbor. EVERYTHING is awesome! Lunch buffet is spectacular, and the service was always great. Not just traditional indian options too. They serves things I haven't found other places. The dosa's are huge and really good.

Best Indian Food in Ann Arbor - Edit
This place has fantastic Indian food with several vegan options. I have been to pretty much every Indian restaurant in AA, and this is def. the best for vegetarians. The people at Madras Masala are always eager to omit any animal products in the dishes that normally include them. Also, this restaurant incorporates tofu into several of their dishes, which is very unique for Indian places. The wait-staff are all extremely nice and the atmosphere is friendly. Definitely worth trying...you will most likely be hooked!
