Helpful, intentional, and tasty

They were very helpful and friendly, able to answer our questions about ingredients, and prompt with the food.

Pros: Tasty, Helpful, informed about ingredients

Cons: Little on the menu that is already vegan/dairy-fre

Great option for nice dining while in Yellowstone

Ranking 4 stars in the context of dining options in West Yellowstone. This restaurant had 2 main entrees (pasta and impossible burger), 1 appetizer, a salad, a sorbet, and many sides that were vegan or could be made vegan, clearly marked. Our server understood veganism, too. Seems like many menu items in the description have been removed or their menu changes often, so just something to be aware of. We thought our food was delicious and the vibe of the restaurant is a really nice sit-down option after being in the park!

Pros: Clearly marked options, Delicious food, Nice sit down dining

Cons: Limited options, Pricier restaurant

Variety of options

I got the vegan pulled pork and the flat bread with the cheese on the side for my non vegan friend. He loved his food, mine was good.

Pros: More than one option, Nice environment

Cons: Expensive for non vegans

2 vegan options

There aren’t a lot of vegan options here, only the veggie dumplings (the sauce has honey in it) and the bahn mi sandwhich (ask for no spicy mayo and sub for something like mustard!). I thought there would be more, however this is in the middle of cow, bison, and elk country, so I am greatful to have found even a little bit of vegan food. The menu is very intense meats, which is sad … I hope one day vegan will be more popular out west😒

A couple vegan options

A mushroom banh mi sandwich (minus spicy mayo) with fries. Appetizer; fried tofu “dumplings”.

Scarcely pleasing experience

The restaurant was accommodating and there were a couple of options which we could make vegan, and the service was great. The food itself, however, was really not that good (particularly the Mushroom Bahn Mi, which arrived cold and looked like a piece of it was missing - we were told the bread just crumbles like that, fair enough). All things considered, I would personally not eat here again, but because of the scarcity of options in West Yellowstone one must recognise that even just having a couple of options that can be veganised is a plus.

Pros: A couple of options which could be made vegan, Great service

Cons: Didn’t really like the food

Nice to find multiple options!

The stir fry & stuffed pepper were both marked vegan on the menu which was comforting. The stir fry was good, a healthy portion but not a ton of flavor. The red pepper was delicious but considered an appetizer so it was fairly small.

Pros: Multiple Options, Good Portion, Unique Food

Cons: Decent Flavor, No Dessert

Stuffed Pepper

The vegan stuffed pepper was good. The stir fry was just ok.
The people I was with had the flat iron steak, which they liked and the bison meatloaf, which they said had no flavor. They enjoyed the blueberry pomegranate vinaigrette salad dressing.

Pros: Two vegan options

Cons: Expensive
