So nice - Edit
I had a lovely quiche, salad and coleslaw, followed by a pumpkin spiced cookie. So friendly and welcoming. The coffee was really good as well.

Whole separate vegan menu - Edit
Separate vegan menu. Separate gf menu. Loads of cakes vegan. With the brekkie you get actual veggie bacon and sausages, not like other places where they simply omit it. I’ve been loads and am happy to visit alone as they’re so friendly and welcoming

Cute little cafe with separate vegan menu - Edit
This place has a separate vegan menu with plenty of options - sandwiches/paninis/salads. They also had cakes but I was too full to sample these! Good portion sizes, really friendly cafe and food was well made.

Unexpected joy! - Edit
Stumbled across this place just as it started to rain and it was a great find! Separate vegan menu with loads of options, and it was all really tasty. Lovely place to sit as well. Would definitely go back if I was in the area.

A welcoming cafe with quality food. - Edit
I went there with my partner and his parents (we are vegan they are omni). We were very pleased with the portions for both food and drinks, and the coffee had a lovely flavour. I recommend the vegan waffles 🧇

Amazing menu - Edit
An interesting and varied menu! So much choice. We had the coronation “chicken”ciabatta, bbq “chicken” “bacon” and cheeze ciabatta and the falafel sandwich. All fantastic. However, we waited a long time! 40mins with no warning or apology. Quite pricey too!

Beautiful Tearoom with fabulous food - Edit
Really lovely, small Tearoom within walking distance of the seafront. Dog friendly. Not fully vegan, but lots of vegan options including fresh smoothies, all varieties of plant based milks for hot drinks. Separate vegan menu, lots of options! Separate fryers and preparation area from non vegan foods. Had a mango, coconut and sweet chilli chikn salad- amazing. The best bit- the cakes! Vegan kit-kat cookie pie plus several others which were the best cakes I have had. Would give 5 stars if allowed. Very close to the Donkey Sanctuary which I would also highly recommend

Lovely vegan breakfast - Edit
We popped in here for a spot of brunch as we had heard the had some vegan options. I was not disappointed as the cooked breakfast was delicious particularly the 'vegan eggs' which were chickpeas smashed and mixed with a yummy seasoning. A little bit overpriced for portion but tasty.

Fantastic Seaside Cafe - Edit
I have been a frequent visitor of Madhatters for a while now. Their food has always been superb. Since becoming a Vegan I was wary to eat out. However, I had the Green Hat Vegan breakfast and it was amazing. Sadly they had no vegan eggs but they did substitute it for a spiced chick pea mixture which was lovely. I will definitely be returning to the cafe. Especially as I need to try the Vegan eggs.
