Incredible vegan cheese - Edit
I generally don't like vegan cheese. I thought Rebel cheese was the only kind I'd ever like, but Mad Cheese in Cincinnati really impressed me, too! First of all, the little store front is adorable with a nice couch and seating area to do a full cheese tasting - I wish I could have tried this, but unfortunately didn't have time! They also have samples out for you to test, and everything was incredible. So creamy with great flavors. I ended up purchasing the salamimami which was an amazing spiced faux meat, meltyella which was a smooth, soft mozzarella and combined perfectly with the salamimami, and the pimento cheese spread which was incredible. Highly recommend visiting! They also ship nationwide!

Everything I sampled was delicious! I bought the pimento, parmesan, and ranch. I wanted to buy everything! So many unique flavors. Will definitely be back.
