Good start - Edit
I want to love this place but I was a bit disappointed.

It took an hour from the time I fed the meter across the street to get our food. We were given some free vegetarian cake thingies but no water.
I wanted so much to like this place. It’s very pretty and the staff were very friendly.
However, I did not appreciate that my egg sandwich was scrambled tofu and DEVOID of any seasoning or sauce. I had to add a lot of salt and asked for something to help get the sandwich down. I was given vegan ranch and also a green salsa.
There is ketchup in little cups at the table that seem like they had been out too long (watery) so we didn’t partake.
Our waitress seemed a bit too chill (we had to ask for everything, a spoon to stir coffee milk with, napkins, a glass to drink water with 😆 but she was always agreeable and got it quickly.
I also don’t know why they don’t put their lovely vegan menu on the website?? It’s extensive and I might go back to try other things but not for a while.
I feel they should call it a tofu scramble and not scrambled eggs. And for the love of god don’t serve things without salt! 😆

Delicious new restaurant - Edit
This is a great new restaurant on long Island! I am so happy the restaurant has vegan options. I had the vegan ceasar toast which was super yummy. I will definitely be returning to try more menu items.
