Great vegan fry-up!

🌱🍳 VEGAN ENGLISH BREAKFAST 🍳🌱
From a new-to-me place in Crouch End found on Deliveroo - Lydia Brasserie - omni, but with some vegan options. It was good! 😀
I guess I didn’t get the scramble because in the order notes I advised that I didn’t want chilli and onion and, for some mysterious reason, if their scramble contains any of those, they couldn’t make a fresh one from scratch, so I only got a square of grilled tofu…
But I fixed it by adding Kala Namak to give the eggy flavour 🥚 and I also buttered my own sourdough toast 🧈 so, all in all, I really liked this breakfast! 😀
PS: extra spinach and green beans not included in the breakfast, I ordered them on the side ☺️
