Si de verdad existe el paraíso, tiene que ser aquí. Y no lo digo solo por el lugar, las vistas, el paisaje, etc... Sino por los 5 muchachos que lo llevan. Gente que me ha devuelto la fe en la raza humana. Hay que ir para comprobarlo. Nosotros, volveremos.

Immense experience - Edit
My grandmother and I arrived in the evening and were only going to be there one night. We realized that we should have stayed much longer, because this place is unique. If you are in the area you must stay here. If not, it will be the biggest mistake of your life. One of the five men who run the place and the area together, received us when we arrived. He was wonderful. It was even better in the morning before we left. One of the others who runs the place, cooked for us, and sat and talked with us for well over an hour. The breakfast was vegan and incredibly good. The three of us sat and talked about everything. Their completely unique story about how they have built absolutely everything from scratch more or less all by themselves, how capitalist predation on humans, other animals and nature destroys our world, and how to live in the best possible way to have the lowest possible carbon footprint. Again, an absolutely wonderful and unique experience; one you will remember for the rest of your life. Really hope I can go back one day.

Awesome bead and breakfast in a privileged location, in the middle of the forest where you have awesome views of the sea.
Read moreIt is owned by basque brothers who also own an organic-vegetable business. Make sure to get a box of vegetables from them before leaving.
Highly recommend booking a stay with them but if you're vegan, let them know in advance, since they prepare breakfast themselves. I would totally visit again!

This hotel is also a small organic veg and fruit producer, you can see the orchard and greenhouses from the window. The view is gorgeous, you can see mountains full of forests, the sea, beautiful villages and valleys...
Read moreThe hotel itself is quite good, but it's really carried by the nicest people on earth who run it, a family of basque brothers who work the land, tend the hotel, cook breakfast... This isn't your average hotel, the human component really shines. You can have a great vegan breakfast prepared with care with homegrown fruit and vegetables, organic jam and coconut oil to spread on spelt toast... While the staff takes care of everything and recommends you places to visit, asks about your day, etc.

Read moreThe views are amazing and also you can ask the owners to bring some veggies from their farm for your cooking. There is a kitchen for all guests. Breakfast was amazing, we told the owners we were vegan and they prepared a full vegan breakfast for us (even a cake)! They are also vegan and their rural house is sustenible place. They also came to pick up us in their van because we did not have a car. I will definetly come back to spend more time there.
