Nice bowls!

I didn’t see the vegan menu options but they had three pre-made vegan bowls in the fridge. I had the Coastal Macro Bowl and it was delicious! Come here if you’re on Grouse, the options in the restaurant upstairs are very poor!

Happy to find this option on Grouse Mountain!

I was originally not planning to have a meal at the top of Grouse Mountain, but the hike made me so hungry that I was really happy to discover they actually had vegan options! I had the Gardein chick'n strips (3 pieces) with very good fries for 10 dollars. I think the price is fair regarding the location. They also have a vegan sandwich, falafel, Beyond burger and tofu bowl. Really nice.

Pros: Price, Location, Outdoor seating with a view

Cons: Probably possible cross-contamination

Vegan Options on Grouse Mountain

So if you made your way up to the top of Grouse mountain, not to fear vegan food is here! At Lupins cafe they have all vegetarian and vegan options listed and clearly labelled. They also have gluten free options labelled. For vegan options we had the ‘chicken’ fingers and fries (they use gardien), and onion rings. Everything was delicious! Fast food and not healthy but great option in a pinch when up on Grouse mountain :)

Pros: vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options labelled, food on Grouse mountain

Cons: not healthy
