On to the positives:
Per another user’s review, I ordered the Vegetarian Enchilada and asked them to make it vegan. They get points for actually having a vegan friendly sauce and not just serving food minus the flavorful elements. The sauce was tomato and pepper based and it was very tasty!
I’d recommend ordering a side of guacamole with it to add some fat back to the dish once they’ve remove the dairy.
Also, the margaritas were quite tasty. I had the smoky Mezcal margarita and my wife had the very sugary strawberry margarita and we were both happy with those.
The omnivores with us also very much enjoyed their food, and the service was quite pleasant. 
Pros: Understand what vegan means, Have a sauce to add to veganized items, Yummy drinks

Make sure you tell them you are vegan! They are very understanding and will accommodate the vegetarian items on the menu to be vegan. The vegan sauce for the veggie enchiladas is a roasted tomato and chile sauce that tasted amazing. The workers are super nice and friendly too!

The vegan tacos at Luna in Murrells Inlet are incredibly good... Very flavorful with very little oil and just the perfect amount of spice.

We had the vegi enchiladas and vegi nachos. Kitchen happy to make substitutions. Excellent food. Nice atmosphere.

Very Average with tiny few vegan options - Edit
The food was ok. Black beans were salty, salt added after cooking so you could taste the salt. The plantain, ordered without the dairy toppings, were on the green side and not sweet. The tacos with grilled veggies were not very flavorful.

The service was slow.
The guacamole was very good so I recommend that if you like tomatoes and jalapeños in it.
If you’re desperate for food you’ll be fine but it would not be my first choice.
