Excellent Spot - Edit
Great vegan food. Had the red skin mission dumplings, the mock chicken and Dan Dan noodles and would come back and order them all again. Don’t forget to look at the whole menu as the dumplings are vegan (and marked as such) but don’t appear on the vegan menu. Our waiter asked if vegan/vegetarian to cater to our needs and remove egg.

Nice location - Edit
The menu clearly labels what is vegan, staff are sweet, but the food didn’t come out at the same time and so my husbands dish had been finished before mine came out. Very expensive for what we had, we paid $90 for a noodle dish, a cauliflower dish (which was essentially just cauliflower in a soy sauce with a couple of chillis) and a cider. What we did have was tasty, but portion size could have been larger. We felt we were paying for the premium location which gives you harbour bridge and opera house views

Excellent vegan options - Edit
They were so accommodating and once they found out we were vegan they got us a table even though they were fully booked (the manager and our waitress were vegan). There were several great on the menu and everything we ordered was incredible!

Lots of vegan options for lunch - Edit
Loved the dumplings for appetizers, the mock duck and mock chicken taste the best for main dishes, the marinated mushrooms didn't taste like much, though I did appreciate the tartar sauce. Great raspberry-yuzu and coconut ice cream for dessert. Great view!

Fine food - Edit
This modern restaurant has a decent amount of vegan options, which are generally inspired by Asian cuisine. They have small dishes to share like dim sum, as well as vegan and vegetarian main dishes.
Read moreFood is colorfully arranged and features some "exotic" ingredients like morel mushrooms, papaya, lychee and pitaya. I was positively surprised by the taste (particularly of the mock chicken) and enjoyed everything. It is a bit pricey, but portion size is filling.
Luna Lu is located in the harbor around Campbells Cove, with a view of the Sydney Opera House. If you sit outside in fall, there are heaters to warm the air. Service is good and attentive, even though this is a large restaurant.
Pros: taste good, service good, nice location

Not many vegan options but totally worth it! - Edit
Had black truffle spring rolls and mock Kung Pao chicken and it was so good, plus the great atmosphere and the amazing views of the opera house and Sydney Harbour bridge. Highly recommend for a special occasion, pricy but understandable given the atmosphere and the quality of the food.
