They have a food truck too! - Edit
Had a chance to visit their food truck at Grassroots. Ordered the Ban Mi sandwich and the tofu wings. Bother we’re pretty good and nice and 🌶️ spicy. Not a lot of options, but we’ll marked and not a bad lunch, especially at a festival. The fries are cooked in the same oil as the meat, so best to opt for bean and rice as a side.

Lots of vegetarian options, not so many vegan - Edit
There are many vegetarian items, but only a few vegan options. Even less things are both vegan and gluten free. The "Sweet potato kale tacos" were literally just a soft corn tortilla, cooked sweet potato, intentionally burnt kale, and raw onions. I had to ask for them to add Daiya cheese. No salsa, no refried beans, no vegan meat or tofu...basically not a taco, just a variety of things in a tortilla. Sweet potato fries were soggy and oily. Food came *very slowly*. They claimed to be understaffed - curious if it's better normally. Decor is elaborate chalkboard art.
