Jey( เจ ) dishes were available

Went to the food stall area in Lumphini park in the morning, and most of the shops were closed but there’s one shop that offer Jey dishes. The staff pointed out which one was jey and which one wasn’t. The food was good. It was such a nice way to spend your morning there with greenery scenery.

Lovely spot in the park

I ordered the noodle soup as it was recommended here, it was okay, had quite a strong aftertaste of MSG, it was a good value though for 40 baht, would go for the rice with a choice of the buffet next time though.

Mandatory Breakfast in Bangkok

We never miss a stop here when in town. Christmas breakfast was had here this year, and it didn't disappoint. Highly recommend the noodle soup (30 baht). Note: for those who know the place, it has moved to the other side of the food court.

Pros: All vegan and delicious., Cheap., Very friendly.

Cons: I don't live in Bangkok!

Delicious food, clean food court

The stall is easy to find (there’s only one with a lot of yellow flags and huge signage with jai written on it), and the food is so good! I got a plate of rice with two dishes for 35 THB. Highly recommend the fried sweet and sour mushrooms! Tables were really clean and shaded under umbrellas, and it wasn’t too loud or busy. A really nice place to start the day with a walk through the park, and breakfasting al fresco. Plus, there are really cute and playful cats hanging around to entertain you while you’re enjoying the food.

Pros: Delicious food, Really cheap, Quick and friendly staff

excellent food and service

We were a little confused the first time we went here because there is a market on the outside of the park and food stalls in the food court area inside the park. This stall is inside the park not out! To find this spot go inside the park and look for the food court (there are maps and signs) the stall is in the back corner look for the yellow jay flags. There are lots of options and all of them are good. We especially loved the rolled noodle soup (cant remember the name!) everyone there is super friendly and nice. Open until 9ish AM I believe.

Pros: delicious , cheap, nice people

Cons: none

Food Court and fruit market

Look for "Food Court" sign once in the park. There you will find fruit vendors with coconuts (30 baht), papayas (70 baht), bananas, citrus, apples, longans, etc. and some veggies as well. During AM there are food stalls, and 1 of them is vegan - look for yellow flags. They serve noodles. Not health food, but could be a fun local experience.

all around, early morning, Chinese one-stop market

There are very few vegan stalls. One stall sells vegan fried rice which is very delicious and not oily at all. There is fried vegetables with large noodles but it is slightly oily. They also have other Thai Chinese dishes and desserts. Made fresh every Tues-Fri. Cash only and very cheap.

The other stall I found sold vegan Thai fruit and vegetables drinks such as pumpkin, corn, etc. Drinks are either piping hot or cold. Made fresh every Tues-Fri. Owner tends to come in around 7 am.

If you walk around, some stalls may sell some vegan dishes. One stall sells hot soy milk and desserts that you can put into the hot soy milk.

Fresh vegetables and fruits are also sold.

Some stalls are there early, around 6 am.

Pros: made fresh, cheap

Cons: stinky area
