Dry cupcake - Edit
Two Vegan cupcakes were the only vegan offerings. I chose the yellow one. The server suggested I wait for it to come to room temperature before I ate it, but I was sitting in to have it with my oat latte. It was really dry and stale tasting. Not good at all. The coffee was nice and hot, however, and the environment was pleasant. The pastries and cakes on offer for non Vegans looked good- a shame there wasn't a better choice for us.

Baked Goods in Salem - Edit
They offer vegan bagels, scones, cupcakes, and muffins. Typically there are 1-2 options of each. What I tried was very good. I wish there were even more options! Most vegan items are also gluten free.
