Hey did you know you can get delicious vegan banh mi two minutes’ walk away at the vegan eatery Olivia Spring Cafe? What’s even better is that they don’t profit from the products of animal abuse there. Yum!!😋

Greatest selection of vegan bahn mi - Edit
Separate vegan menu with a variety of vegan options. I've tried the BBQ pork, five spice chicken and the duck. All have been amazing, and only $9 each! Definitely can't beat it

The best vegan Bahn mi in Melbourne! - Edit
Fresh baked bread, loaded with toppings and fake meats, all for $9!

My favorite is the 5 spice chicken or the duck. Pork crackling is also a great one to try.
Sure it's messy to eat, but that's how you know it's good 😋
Pros: Fresh bread, Cheap, Lots of options
Cons: Lines can be long at peak times

Way too saucy - Edit
The bread was crunchy and fresh, but both the meatball, and 5 spice chikn banh mi had WAY too much sauce (hoisin based, which is a bit too sweet for my liking). Also it was overstuffed with fake meat so the flavours were not well balanced, and messy to eat.

I was impressed they had vegan pate, but I couldn't even taste it because of the sauce overload.

Had the lemongrass tofu Bahn mi which was nice and filling, generous serve of tofu in it. Cost $9. Need to specify no Mayo or butter
