Delicious! - Edit
This is my 5th loving hut experience in the US and is probably my favorite one so far! We got the bbq skewers, jumping princess shrimp, Mongolian wonder, and the szechuan strips! Everything was fantastic! We thought it was all excellent, but if we had to choose favorites it would be the Mongolian wonder and the jumping princess shrimp! The flavors in the dishes were fabulous and the shrimp was super crispy and delicious. The sauce that came with the shrimp and the skewers was also really fruity and delicious! This place is awesome! I highly recommend it. The atmosphere is cute and quirky and the waitress was friendly.

Good Vietnamese dishes - Edit
Love their Viet noodle dishes! I would say it is typical for Viet food in USA, maybe a bit less oily than other places. Tasty for sure! The Royal Noodle and Divine Broccoli were my fav! Make sure to use their tasty sauces too!

Reliable Chain - Edit
Loving Hut is our go to when other Asian restaurants fail; this time we stopped at Loving Hut after checking out another Asian restaurant nearby and feeling uncomfortable with the location. Loving Hut's menu always includes a wide variety of options and great explanations of their ingredients. Service at this location was sparse, which we appreciated while trying to eat. The restaurant felt a little dated, but overall appeared clean and welcoming. This time I tried the pho and was not disappointed, the broth was perfectly seasoned and the mushrooms were well cooked. I will always recommend Loving Hut.

Cons: Loud TV in dining area, some religious content?, Dated decor/restaurant interior.

Amazing food - Edit
Wonton soup is my favorite soup and I haven’t been able to find it anywhere made vegan and it was perfect! I also got the golden nuggets and the sauce was great, it didn’t overpower the taste of the nuggets. It was perfectly balanced. The place was surprisingly empty and quiet.

Always good - Edit
Like the Loving Huts in my home town, Loving Hut Seattle has its own unique menu that has a great variety. My personal favorite dish is the Mushroom Revolution; it's just perfect. The Tom Yum soup has that funky fish sauce flavor that is usually left out of vegan foods. I'd really like the recipes for both these dishes.

I love Loving Hut 💛 I first went in San Francisco and when I saw it here I decided to try again. The curry & my soup was great. A good quick option to go.

worst loving hut - Edit
I hardly ever leave my plate unfinished, but the food here was really not good. It should have been some kind of curry, but tasted like the whole place smelled: frying oil. From all loving huts I tried in different cities, this was the worst.

Great food, great prices - Edit
I’ll start with the elephant in the room: it may or may not be run by a religious cult, but the food is so good that I don’t care. They have their religious leader on a tv program on loop, but I didn’t find it loud or distracting like another reviewer did. My husband ordered a noodle dish and I ordered a burger. I know I know- risky since it’s not their specialty, but the patty is made in house and really good! Their menu is clearly labeled GF for the celiac folks. I did find the service to be a little on the slow side, but I think there was only one guy running all the tables. They had lots of cool vegan articles and recipes under the glass table to read while you wait. I’d say just to avoid if you’re in a hurry.

Vegan restaurant chain, locally operated - Edit
Excellent seitan/vital wheat gluten options and each prepared uniquely across different menu options. Extensive menu with many options within each category. Rice is offered separately as an add on to the meal. Located in the Little Saigon neighborhood of Seattle, a 10-15 minute drive north of Seattle-Tacoma airport.
Read moreAll food is excellent, fresh, ample proportion, and beautifully prepared.
Service slow but worth a bit of the wait, and appeared due to a lean-staffed operation.
After parking in off street parking, you need to get a ticket from restaurant staff to place on car dashboard; code needed to use in-house bathroom.
Pros: Vegan menu , Delicious vital wheat gluten/seitan options, Skillful preparation
Cons: Slow service. Had to wait for food.

Love Loving Hut ! - Edit
Was delighted to find a Loving Hut on our trip to Seattle. The menu has so many different options and the food was fantastic. The only draw back was the lack of customer service. I was hoping for a warm and inviting atmosphere like the Loving Hut in Ireland, however I found it very sterile. All in all we will definitely be back.

One of my favorite restaurants! - Edit
One of the best restaurants in the ID. The food is always amazing, the staff is always super nice, and the restaurant is super cute. I never feel guilty for eating a lot here- the food is light on your stomach while also being delicious! I’ve yet to try something I didn’t like. Reasonably priced too, and it’s on the street car rail which gives it easy access to the central ID, the link station, and Cap Hill. A nice quiet street car ride to and from a nice and quiet restaurant with delicious food is a recipe for relaxation when I’m feeling stressed. Would definitely recommend! Must check out if you’re craving some delicious and healthy vegan food. The people who own the restaurant are super sweet and deserve your business.

I'll be back! - Edit
All vegan food options and all that we had we're wonderful. We slit the sting rolls, an order of dumplings and a curry. They offer several meatless options (not all tofu). The owner stayed open a little longer for us after a late flight into town. Be warned, the curry has a wheat gluten fake meat that feels like pork. I loved it but some may not appreciate it.

My nonveg family was happy with the soy/wheat meats and fish. The pho was good, as was the ocean of love. I had the Harmony tofu and the spring roll. Both were tasty and satisfying. The Jasmine tea is also good.

LOVE LOVE LOVE - Edit
How have I never been here? We used to drive by loving hut everyday when we lived on Beacon Hill. Never went, despite hearing good things. We have since moved to Oly and decided to check it out today while visiting family in Seattle for some bombtastic vegan food. The mock meats were amazing, and the whole meal was satiating. We will be returning.
