Amazing vegan Asian delights - Edit
A little far from the center of Bangkok but well worth the trek. Love the selection of Asian dishes as well as the vegan ice-cream and cake options. The atmosphere is homely and unassuming.

Cozy place and good food - Edit
We had a day trip to Koh Kret and I was looking for place to eat in Nonthaburi without many hopes. I found out there is a Loving Hut nearby and we checked it out. The food was not bad and relatively cheap. Of course more expensive than the regular food in the area but still quite affordable. There is a very large menu, focusing mainly on Thai food. Too much textured soy proteins for my taste but still a good choice. I suggest the Chonburi style noodle soup.

Cons: Too much processed vegan food

An Oasis - Edit
Since moving to Thailand two weeks ago I have eaten here twice. The restaurant is bright and clean, the staff friendly and the food very good. Although, I am told, many restaurants will prepare vegetarian food if requested, my current deficiency in the Thai language makes my heart sing at the sight of a Vegan restaurant . Stress free eating - that's what I'm loving!

extremely pleased and satisfied customer - Edit
As a vegan and living in Thailand, it is very hard to come across a vegan restaurant. Most restaurants have vegetarian dishes but are not 100% vegan. So when I found this restaurant, I was absolutely impressed with it.
Read moreThe restaurant is located on the main road. But the sign of the restaurant is quite small and if you are not looking out for it, you may miss it. It is small, clean, simple establishment with walls of glass and natural lighting. Parking lot is slightly small and shares with other business on the premise. No outdoor or fans, only one big air conditioned room.
The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. There's take-out and delivery for a charge according to distance of travel. The menu is in English and Thai with color pictures. They even have miniature menu for take-out (with color pictures and in English and Thai).
Only Thai (Thai spicy salad, chilli paste, curry and soup) and some western food. Thai food is very spicy. Num tok was sour and hot. The Faux roast duck curry was hot and delicious. If you do not want duck, you can request for some other mock meats. They are very accommodating and can tailor your dish to your needs. The pesto pasta with faux grilled chicken tasty. The pesto sauce was nice and thick and coated all strands of spaghetti. However, the noodles were slightly bland but with the salty chicken, the combination was perfect. When I was there, there were no smoothies or juice. They have unsweetened flower or vegetable iced tea type of drinks. If you have a sweet tooth, some sweet concoction is available. I don't know whether this is maple syrup or not. Bottle water is also available. Portions of entree are small so for Asians, its absolutely perfect. The entrees do not come with rice. You will have to order the rice separately. They have cupcakes and custards. The custard was out of this world. It was absolutely divine. As a vegan, I have never found a vegan custard but this tasted like the real thing! You can't even taste nor smell the tofu. Love it!
The prices range from 45 to 65 baht for the entrees. Appetizers range from 45-55 baht per dish.
I have put in a word for vanilla soy ice cream. So far I can't find any in Thailand (how frustrating!).
They also sell some Silk soy milk (original and chocolate flavors). I recommend the seaweed crackers with white sesame seeds. Absolutely delicious & an alternative to chips
Cash only.
Haven't tried other dishes yet but will definitely go back for more
Pros: take out and delivery services available, staff are friendly & very knowledgeable, custard is extremely delicious!
Cons: cash only, no smoothies or juices, located far if you live in the city
