If veganism and royalty combined.

This is the fanciest vegan place I have ever seen.

First of all, the building looks like it belongs in California in the celebrity part of town.
We were escorted from the ground floor into the lift by a super friendly waitress, and then greeted by another two waitresses on the fourth floor where the restaurant resides.
Sit down, check out that menu, and realize that you have a tough decision to make as there are hundreds of delicious options.
On the wall in the restaurant is a huge poster of all the famous vegetarians. Behind the plants, are 7 or more waitresses waiting to help you. Possibly more hiding around the corner, I don't know. It's a vegetarian army or something.

The food was as expected, delicious as hell. I can't suggest anything, because my entire meal was probably only 3% of what's on the menu. But it was good.

There is also a vegan/vego supermarket section where you can buy great chocolates/peanut butter/daiya cheese.

In conclusion, this place is fan-bloody-tastic.
Super expensive, but it's to be expected when you have 37 waitresses and a mansion to maintain.

Amazing experience, and you have to go here at least once in your Hanoi journey.

Pros: An army of waitresses and waiters, Ridiculous range of food, The lift music was funky

Cons: Really expensive for Vietnam

interesting!

As other reviewers mentioned, it's a bit over the top - HUGE room and 30 page menu, but I appreciate the effort to provide so many vegan options in a clean atmosphere! The food is mainly Vietnamese, with a lot of soy (not my thing) but it's clean and pretty good. I had noodles, mixed mushrooms (yum!), steamed organic veggies and ice cream (chemical and soy-y but very flavorful, worth trying).
Prices are a bit high, but worth it because you know it's made with good quality Ingredients in a clean kitchen!! Drinks are overpriced though, like double what they're worth across the street!
Overall the experience is a bit extravagant but worth it if you're vegan and curious to try Loving Hut! I wouldn't come back, there are other cheaper and delicious vegan restaurants in Hanoi.

Pros: good quality, large menu, good location

Cons: too much soy in everything , $$

Just not worth it

As has been mentioned, prices here are very expensive, with mains from VND100K up to over VND200K. We ordered one main - stir fried vermicelli and vegetables - and the portion size was dainty to say the least. I also ordered a banh xeo pancake (VND80K) and deep-fried tofu (VND80K). The pancake was fine, but the tofu was like dry blocks of tastelessness with no tenderness and only soya sauce to flavour/moisten it. We had to ask for water, where a less expensive place would provide unlimited iced tea. My pineapple juice was very good, but cost a gobsmacking VND80K. The green tea ice cream (as they were out of strawberry) we ordered for dessert was presented in small disposable containers. This all added up to exactly VND500K. When given the bill we were told they'd given us a discount, but it was still VND500K. We realised they'd taken off the VND10K for the wet towels we'd neither requested nor used. Certainly we made a choice to go to a place we knew was expensive, but we also expected the food would be in keeping with this.

Cons: Expensive, Small portions, Food not that good, sometimes poor

High class vegan place

if you're into high end vegan dining, this is probably the right place to go. there's an usher in front of the building, the place is located on the 4th floor and has a look of a 5* hotel restaurant with waiters all suited up. menu is massive and it is pricey. i personally prefer less opulent spots but if you're into such places, you won't be dissapointed.

Pros: Service (professional and fast), Location close to the city center

Cons: Price

So much great food

The menu is almost too big. A great variety of Vietnamese and international cuisine. Lovely restaurant, very pretty place. Excellent (iced) soy coffee... which can be hard to get in other places... Vegan ice-cream!

Pros: lovely premises, variety, store underneath

Cons: price is a bit higher, everything on menu not available

Huge area, high class

Exceptional service, 36 page menu and amazing food! The biggest vegan restaurant I've ever been to. It has a store on the basement level where you can buy all sorts of vegan snacks.

Uncomfortable

The good:
- The facilities are nice

- My banh xeo was a decent size

The bad:
- Way too many staff! I felt like I was under a microscope. One lady just stood at the door the whole time.

- Waitress kept trying to get me to buy more while I was ordering.

- Banh xeo wasn't great (my first time eating it though). The cheesecake was also disappointing (though it's the first I've found in Vietnam).

Note: they give a discount to reviewers, so take the reviews with a grain of salt.

Dearest customer,I'm the manager of Loving Hut Hoa Dang Vegan restaurant and this morning I saw you at the restaurant (you were in the grey T-shirt) eating everything (Vietnamese pancake and cheese cake) to the last bite. My waiter even asked you to make sure if everything was good and you said yes. At that time we had 2 waiters (we don't have any waitress as you mentioned above) serving 4 people; one receptionist stood at the door to open the door and help out seniors or handicap who are welcomed at our place always. I have no clues why you think she annoyed you and 2 waiters were "way too many staff". We were here being passionate about promoting the vegan diet and change people' eating habit in the city that vegan and vegetarian is still something strange and weird. We're trying our best and happy to receive all constructing feedback of customers in order to improve our services. However I really doubt whether you have another purpose with your untrue reviews or not.
P/s: We never ever ask customers a good reviews for discount. We having a promotion 5% off for everyone checking in us on Yelp, Facebook and giving us feedback on Happy cow. Please say exactly the truth. Thank you anyway :)

Stylish, 5 star feel

Firstly I regret not coming here first as it would have left me more opportunities to return for the cheesecake.

I recommend the mint cheesecake as a starter, it isn't on the menus so do ask. As you may regret being too full for a second slice.

The staff are quick, attentive and friendly, food is prompt and delicious. Prices are between 50k-100k per dish and worth so much more. Portion size is spot on.

Waiters are quick to recommend dishes and the building is spotless, modern and a very classy stylish setting.

Pros: Good service, Cheap, Delicious

Cons: Cannot fault it

Luxury vegan restaurant

This is without any doubt the fanciest vegan restaurant that we ever visited. It's something you would expect in a five star hotel, very impressive to see. We felt almost a bit underdressed. They have a huge menu and told us there is more than one hundred items in it.

We had the hotpot which was excellent!

There's also a large vegan store in connection with the restaurant.

Pros: Huge menu, Luxury setting

Cons: A bit expensive

Lovely vegan zone

Today was my first time coming to Loving Hut. I was absolutely amazed by the range of vegan organic dishes they were serving.
The price is a bit higher than what other non-organic vegetarian restaurant charge, but boy it is worth it. Friendly staffs!

Pros: Highly delicious dishes, organic and clean food, good services

Hoa Dang

We dined last week at this newly open branch of Loving Hut HCMC of the same name. It's in a huge building on the corner of Bai Trieu and Hang Bai. The ambiance and atmosphere was a bit brightly lit, plenty of waiting staff, service was good.
The menu is very big and selections a bit too much to choose. The prices of the dishes is a bit high for dining in Ha Noi. We had 2 raw spring rolls, a plate of mixed vegetable (bit small for a mains), crock pot of shitake mushrooms)and plate of udon noodles and mushrooms. A glass of guava and glass of pineapple juice. This came to 625.000d ($30). If you like to try this place, please give your feedback.

Pros: 100% vegan, clean and spacious, good service

Cons: too brightly lit, over priced for Hanoi
