Good find at the Nelson Saturday Market - Edit
Nice vegan food truck vendor at the market. I was there too late in the afternoon so some items had sold out. Had a tasty raw roll with excellent flavor!

Old school vegan stall - Edit
If you miss vegan burgers from before they tasted like meat, this is your place. It felt like a blast from the past. Yummy, simple, ethically vegan. Cool place to have lunch at the market

Bliss - Edit
After reading all the good reviews, I had to hunt this place down. And boy I am glad I did. I had the hamburger, and are looking forward to working my way through their menu in the near future. They cook with no artificial preservatives, which is such a relief for me as they trigger migraines. Oh and I took home some smoked cheese.

Great food at Nelson market - Edit
My partner and I split the burger and curry and I highly recommend both of them. All of the dishes are wholly homemade, including the hamburger bun and cheeses.

Best home-made vegan burger I have ever eaten! - Edit
The lady prepares everything by hand including making the wholemeal buns! It takes up her whole week to get ready for Saturday morning. She (and helpers/family) is very passionate about the vegan lifestyle and food and this is her way of giving back and showing people how healthy and tasty vegan food can be. Don't forget to try their curries, fresh spring rolls , and sweet treats too. 😋 Delicious!

Dumplings were so tasty, could taste on the veges. The rice paper rolls were the best I have eaten with basil and lots of fresh raw greens. The owner is a lovely lady committed to health and environment issues. She uses organic flour.

Great foods and value - Edit
I've been going to the Loving Hut caravan at the Nelson Saturday Market for several years. It is so great to be able to walk up and order anything on the menu and know it's 100% plant-based. Plus, the food tastes great and is good value for the money. I recommend the vegan burger (with or without) vegan cheese and the curry with rice.

Yummy - Edit
Really pleased to see a 100% vegan option in the Nelson market. They have lots of tasty offerings and I thought they were really inexpensive for what they were. Friendly staff. Missed out on the cheeses as they didn't have any the day I went. I had the cheesecake which was yummy. The Vietnamese Spring Rolls were nice and fresh and delicious. If I hadn't been full, I would have had the burger as I saw someone else have that and it looked good and was only $5.
