Can’t wait to go back! - Edit
The porto flatbread I had was so good, and my meat-eating husband raved about his barbecue sandwich. The staff is super friendly and the place has a nice vibe. All the dressings and sauces are homemade and served on the side. Glass dishes are used. I got a cookie to go and they wrapped it in foil. I like that they don’t use a bunch of plastic.

Just ok - Edit
We ordered a burger and a salad and were a bit disappointment. I felt like I could have heated up a store bought burger at home just as good. And the salad had very fresh, crisp mixed greens and the dressing was good but not a lot of veggies.

Tasty Vegan Comfort Food - Edit
This is a great place. They have a large menu with different dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even all kinds of desserts. The place is casual and cozy and has vegan decor. I enjoyed my meal, I had the BBQ Chicken Sandwich. The prices are pretty reasonable. For example, the sandwich meal (the sandwich with a small salad and chips) was $12. A great little place in Tucson.

meh - Edit
first time i was here i got a rice dish with veggies and a ginger sauce i believe, forget what it was called. the flavor was really good, gravy like, but for the price i expected much more veggies. i also got a cornbread that was cold and tasted like a freezer.. it was horrible so i let them know and the manager didn’t apologize and wasn’t empathetic about it at all but told me it was the last day of that batch that they sell it and gave me a refund. hopefully they work on that. because of my unfulfilled first experience here the first time, i didnt plan on ever coming back when in town but one visit i realllyyy wanted breakfast food so i gave them another try and glad i did. i got the ultimate french toast that was decent, loved all the toppings it came with, but the bread was baguette like so it was stiff and had a lot of really crunchy crust, that didn’t make it the most enjoyable. without the toppings, i wouldve been really disappointed. hubby got their southwest breakfast burrito and we both really enjoyed that, he loves breakfast burritos and this was one of his favs. so much flavor. to go we got the fried mushrooms with ranch that were amazinggg. i wish more places made fried mushies, i never thought it could be so good. i also got a delicious potato salad. overall decent experience, undoubtedly and unfortunately the worst experience i’ve had at a fully vegan restaurant but considering how little options we have in tucson, i’m sure we’ll be back. i think we just have to explore their menu a little more

Our First Visit Won’t Be Our Last - Edit
We stopped at Lovin Spoonfuls for the first time today. I got the Philly Cheesesteak and my wife got the Wildcat Burger. Both were EXCELLENT!!! We then split a chocolate chip cookie for dessert; it too was a delight. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning for more deliciousness. The Triple Chocolate Fudge cupcake was out of this world!!

This spot had a nice combination of healthy and unhealthy vegan food. The grilled veggie salad was very good as were the deep fried mushrooms. They also have milkshakes with whipped cream!!! And plates of cookies. Cookies for days.

Top fave vegan restaurant - Edit
So I’ve traveled, a lot. I’ve been to some big name vegan spots in dozens of different cities across the US. Lovin’ Spoonfuls is up there as one of my all time favorites. I’m not sure if it’s the amazing food, staff, culture or nostalgia but whatever the case, it’s amazing!

Just go. It's worth it. - Edit
The food is so comforting. 10/10 recommend the battered mushrooms (they're HOT so be careful!!). The baked goods are spectacular, their fry batter is unbelievably light and crispy, the milkshakes are creamy and have so many flavors. Friendly staff, diverse menu options. So much tasty stuff try as much as you can!!

Regular vegan food - Edit
There's always pleasant to look at a menu knowing I won't have to ask for special items or to cut others and a full vegan pastry display. Although the food it's not that flavory and is kind of oily not my favorite, but its just ok.

This place is my new favorite. Even though they’ve been around a while, I’ve just discovered them and been there 3 times this week! Boring - Edit
I've been coming to this place since it first opened. It used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but over the last decade it's slowly gone downhill, by losing sight of food quality, cutting corners, and downgrading ingredients. For example, their breakfast used to be amazing, until one day I ordered a spinach tofu scramble -- and I could not detect any ingredients in it *other* than the spinach and the tofu! So bland! The last straw for me were the DVDs on display that advanced dubious, anti-medicine conspiracy theories about cancer treatments.
Read moreThen it changed management. Unfortunately, the menu didn't change much with it (though the woo-woo pseudoscience seems to be gone). Still, I hoped they'd revived some of my formerly favorite dishes, like the soy burger and the adzuki burger (which used to be packed with flavor, but had become bland). I was really disappointed that they had changed suppliers, and their buns tasted like cardboard. In fact, I originally thought they had mistakenly given me the gluten-free buns.
The problem here is that the menu doesn't have anything on it that I couldn't make myself, and do a better job. The one exception are the desserts: Whoever is doing their desserts is creative and impressive. There are a lot of gluten-free options, which I skip, but still a lot of great stuff for us gluten lovers. The brunch seems to be back on track, too.
Pros: desserts
Cons: burger buns, boring

Pretty good - Edit
Companion and I had the gf sweet and sour cauliflower wings, chili, cornbread, southwestern burger, chocolate chip cookie. Cauliflower wings were good overall, and nicely cooked, but the batter was weird, tasted strongly of buckwheat. House made burger patty was wonderful, but the salsa and guac topping it were clearly both from a package. Cornbread was good. Cookie was great. Chili was good but needed more flavor/heat.
Read moreIt seems like this place would benefit from reducing the size of their huge menu and putting more quality into the items that they do serve. Overall, I liked it but wouldn't go out of my way to go back as I didn't think it was exceptional or really different.
Pros: 100% vegan, Lots of options for GF, Tasty food
Cons: Some things not homemade or good quality

Fantastic! My husband and I have been here two times now, both during the breakfast/lunch menu and we can't wait to go back to try some more! The menu has so much to offer - from French toast and pancakes, to tofu scrambles and burritos, to sandwiches and rice bowls. They even have incredible baked goods. All the servers are so nice and do a great at keeping drinks full You must give this place a try! Best part of all - everything is 100% vegan
