Vegan comfort food - Edit
This is a great option for your old non-veg favorites. I hadn't seen a vegan reuben in a long time. They have a large menu of all vegan items. I especially liked the buffalo cauliflower. They also have beer and wine. It's an order at the counter place and was about $15-20 a person for lunch.

Great food, fast service, gluten free options… - Edit
The breakfast menu is served until 3pm, which is always appreciated! I ordered from the lunch menu and highly recommend the “Wildcat” burger with the adzuki bean patty. So flavorful! The potato salad is also good.

Good options, great service - Edit
While I think the menu needs some work and some dishes could be done better, it’s a decent option to have. I know many locals love this place, so I do appreciate their vegan mission and the service is great. Cute little restaurant with some good items on the menu.

Lots of great options - Edit
There were so many options to choose from that it was hard to pick just one. The vegan chicken sandwich I had was pretty delicious! There are also seats outside and you get to enjoy the sunshine. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Cannot recommend enough - Edit
This place has so many options, it's often hard to choose. My favorite is the Fettuccini Alfredo with friend chikn. Their baked goods are also amazing. Place has a great vegan vibe, with lots of stickers and sanctuary animal photos. They also have some games you can play while waiting for your food. Staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Too Many Positives - Edit
There isn't enough space for me to write how much my wife and I love Lovin' Spoonfuls, their staff, and owner, May. They were the first place my wife and I went to when we decided to move to Tucson, and they were gracious enough to host our post-wedding brunch for our guests. Their house salad dressing is divine, the fried chick'n dinner should be a Tucson staple, and the cauliflower wings are delicious. We have never been disappointed by the food or service, and if something were to ever go wrong I am positive that May and her staff will be Johnny-on-the-spot to fix it.

Yay! - Edit
While in Tucson we just kept coming back to this place… Everything was delicious and filling: cheese fries, desserts, cauliflower wings, and the MANY mock-meat/cheese American food entrees. A great little place with a relaxed atmosphere.

Bland - Edit
As a Tucson local and vegan, I love supporting our local vegan spots. We have our favorite places in town, however this isn’t one of them. My husband and I have tried eating here a few times over the past 5 years but it’s been bland and flavorless each time. When they changed management we hoped the menu and recipes would’ve been updated but unfortunately it still tastes the same, bland and basic. The only reason we ate here again today is because Tumerico was closed, so we figured we’d give Lovin’ Spoonfuls another try, we really hoped it would be good. I ordered the classic burger with gluten free bun, the burger patty was mushy and kept falling apart, the gluten-free bun was like chewing on a sea sponge, a thick white foamy sponge. My husband ordered the club sandwich, he said it was, “Meh, no flavor, won’t buy again.” Aside from that, the food was plated nicely and it’s presentation looked good. The potato salad that comes as a side was good. The server was also nice. The main problem here is really the quality of ingredients, lack of flavor… And I do question whether or not the food is actually made fresh or if some items are pre-made, frozen, de-thawed and reheated. We’ll stick with our other favorite places in Tucson.

Delicious! - Edit
One of the best all-vegan restaurants I’ve tried. Went here twice while visiting Tucson. They have everything from French toast, to burgers, to grain bowls, to milkshakes. And everything is ridiculously good. I had the Wildcat burger. So frickin’ good!

The crispy texture of the chicken was perfect. Mashed potatoes were so creamy and yummy! Salad dressing was also nicely flavored.🤗😋 excited to try another entree from the menu.

GREAT OPTIONS FOR VEGANS - Edit
I absolutely love Lovin’ Spoonfuls. My bf and I come here at least 3x a week *probably more*. It’s pretty American food menu just vegan versioned. I just started posting about it *apologies* but I definitely recommend visiting at least once. The menu is huge thoooo so you’ll definitely want to visit more than that. My favorite thing I’ve had there so far are the fried mushrooms and the philly Buffalo chik’n special. The chick’n fried steak was also pretty delicious. Most of the bbq sandwiches are recommended as well. It’s nice to have these options but I wouldn’t say it’s absolutely outstanding tasting. I think many of the dishes need more seasoning and spice!
