Disappointed

Drove an hour and a half to eat here and when we got in the door we were told they were closing an hour and a half early due to the manager having an appointment.. very unprofessional. Just because you cater to a certain group (vegans) doesn’t mean you can’t follow the same code other restaurants follow. You wouldn’t get this at a Pizza Express, why should we take it here just cause you serve vegan food

Cons: Closed earlier than they said they do, Didn’t get to sample any food

Amazing juice

Now all plant based. Fresh juice was best I've had for years. Lovely space too

Flavoursome fresh food supporting local companies

This cafe has a changing menu but some items (such as the breakfasts) always stay on the menu. I had the tree huggers breakfast which is an English breakfast with homemade beans, bubble and squeak, avocado, mushrooms, tofu scramble and sourdough toast. They also support local vendors by ordering cakes from across the road. The food is flavoursome and healthy but don’t expect super large portions. Lovely decor and cosy and warm upstairs.

Pros: Warming flavoursome food, Friendly staff, Amazing cakes/brownies

Cons: Not an extensive menu, Portions on the smaller side

The place to visit when in Weston super Mare

Loves is a well established cafe with a fabulous, quirky atmosphere. Anna the owner is accommodating and innovative with her menu design and offer. Try and make one of the music gigs there. Food, music and art all together in a wonderful bubble.

Pros: Lots of dairy free, plant based options , Freshly made vegan cakes , Great coffee and drinks selection

Cons: I wish I lived nearer!

Great for Weston super mare

Nice friendly staff.
Really nice building but needs decorating, it felt a bit run down & I wasn't feeling the student artwork, map covered wall or second hand table's.
My food was nice but there wasn't a lot of it there.
No gluten free options & they weren't very flexible when my girl would have been happy with a dry salad & an avacado. (a simple request I thought) they gave her roasted veg drenched in olive oil & a tiny bit of salad that also got covered in oil from the veg.
Tbh WSM is a bit backward so was glad to have found this place.

Pros: Healthy Vegan food in Weston Super Mare!!!

Cons: No gluten free options, Not flexible, decor.

Weston’s first fully vegetarian place

Friendly cafe with an arty feel. Sofas and armchairs as well as sit up tables. Lovely hot and cold food with many vegan options. Really enjoyed the Buddha bowl salad. Often has live music in the evenings. Service can be a bit slow because it’s all made fresh so if you want fast food you may want to go elsewhere. But hey why not take a little time and really enjoy your food? Easy to find just off the high street, behind Lloyd’s Bank.

Pros: Great food freshly prepared , Many vegan options , Arty feel with live music events

Cons: Service can be a bit slow

Nice to try something different.

I had a really unusual brunch here - it was a roll with avocado, marinated tofu (in marmite I think) with mushrooms and it was super tasty! I also took away some freshly made chocolate cake and it was epic.

Pros: Great unusual venue, Easy to find, Different food to the norm

Amazing !!

Favourite place in Weston. Food is always delicious & the staff are all extremely friendly. I especially love the vegan junk food nights and have been to every single one so far, they usually have them once a month! They also have regular plant based vegan pizza nights which I’ve been to a lot of too. The food is honestly delicious and you can tell that a lot of thought and planning goes into it. I’ve also been a couple of times for their regular menu and their vegan breakfast is the best in weston by far!! The ingredients are so fresh. I love how it’s family friendly too and i have brang my 12 week old daughter a couple of Times. Also dog friendly which is good.

Pros: Friendly staff , Amazing food, Family friendly

Great find

We visited Loves whilst we were on holiday in Weston & we enjoyed it so much that we went back the following day. The food was lovely and there was a great vegan selection, but what really sold it was the super friendly service.

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Baby/breastfeeding friendly, Friendly service

Great place

Lovely staff and nice relaxed atmosphere. Wide choice on menu - almost all vegan, and the few items that are just vegetarian can be done as vegan instead. Thumbs up for the vegan hot chocolate. A welcome escape from the usual seaside fare!
