Good burritos - Edit
Glad to have some vegan breakfast burritos. Came over here after deciding not to wait in the big line at Doughbird and was glad we did!

Yummy vegan muffins, ok vegan savory options - Edit
My husband and I stopped here twice during our week in Moab recently. We were delighted to find they had several kinds of house baked vegan muffins (delicious). Passionfruit, matcha coconut and chocolate were on offer one day, and pumpkin chocolate chip and chocolate the next day. They had a couple options for savory foods, I had avocado toast and he had a breakfast burrito with tofu, both were *fine* but the muffins were great. We went back for more. Oddly stingy with the oat milk, I kept asking for more in my coffee and receiving miserly splashes but this was the case across Utah.

Good burritos, great muffins - Edit
Cute place with good service, reasonable prices. Always have a couple of vegan muffins in the case, but they do sell out. No specifically vegan items listed on the menu, but they have tofu and are happy to sub it for eggs in any of the breakfast burritos if you ask.

Vegan options off menu - Edit
There were 2 vegan muffins and the breakfast burritos could have tofu substituted in to make vegan. They also have oak and almond milks and chia pudding. Able to get corn tortillas to make burrito gluten free.

Good panini - Edit
Unfortunately they had sold out of vegan muffins by the time we arrived just after 9 AM. Kids ended up getting veggie paninis which they loved. They were willing to make any menu item vegan by subbing tofu.

Wonderful - Edit
The burritos can be made vegan by subbing tofu for meat/cheese/egg (not on the menu, just ask). There is one burrito that is vegetarian without modifications and was delicious with the tofu substitution. I also ordered the Bahn mi sandwich with tofu subbed for meat, it was great! Also had multiple vegan muffins!

Small cafe with a few vegan options. Food was okay, good coffee and lattes with vegan milk alternatives but the additional cost for oat or almond milk is a little excessive ( $1.50).

Update April 2023: we went for breakfast- they have 3 vegetarian burritos that can be made vegan by removing cheese and subbing tofu for egg. We had 2 more muffins and they were really good. This will be our breakfast spot going forward!

Delicious breakfast - Edit
We ended up going there on our last day for breakfast and honestly wish I found this place sooner.
Read moreThey had few vegetarian options that could be made vegan by subbing eggs for tofu.
Vegan quinoa bowl with almonds and fruit was pretty good. I also grabbed vegan plum fairy muffin which was super moist and fluffy. (They had few other flavors like apricot or chocolate muffin)
Also had really good tiramisu latte with oat milk. Would definitely go there again
Pros: Bunch of vegan options

Recommended for a light lunch - Edit
Great vegan pumpkin chocolate chip muffin! Fresh veg sandwich was fresh and tasty. Iced latte was acceptable. They have coconut, soy, and almond milk. A couple small tables outside. Only a few vegan menu items but many things can be made vegan. Total was around $20 for sandwich, chips, muffin, and latte. Would definitely come here again if I return to Moab.

Pleasant Experience - Edit
I was eager to try this place after seeing the reviews in here. I got one of the breakfast burritos with tofu in place of eggs plus a vegan chocolate muffin. The burrito was good but slightly on the bland side... I feel like it could have used some seasoning... but not bad by any means. The muffin was delicious! My husband got a vegan cranberry muffin and liked it a lot. We plan to go back tomorrow before we leave Moab.

Great food, - Edit
My husband and I were both very impressed with Love Muffin Cafe. I just wish we would have had time to go back a second time during our visit. They have a couple of vegan-as-is sandwhiches, such as the Aubergine and the Fresh Veg, both of which are clearly marked as vegan and loaded with great veggie fillings. Sandwiches are served with chips.
Read moreThey had chia pudding parfaits topped with fruit and nuts that were vegan, and great to take to-go for breakfast the next day. Vegan muffins and kombucha were also available.
We didn't get another chance to dine in for breakfast, but were told that tofu could be subbed for eggs, so they appear to have many vegan breakfast items that sound tasty.
My only complains is our bill was very high ($60 for 2 sandwiches, 2 chia parfaits, and 2 kombuchas). I am positive we were overcharged, but, we weren't paying attention when paying.
Pros: Plenty of tasty vegan options, Vegan muffins
Cons: Limited hours

Good food! - Edit
In Moab for a few days and found reviews for the Love Muffin here on Happy Cow. I've had two meals here so far: granola with fresh fruit and soy milk for breakfast, and the aubergine sandwich - roasted eggplant, sumac pickled onions, harissa tahini and greens - for lunch. Both were very good. Fast, friendly service, fun atmosphere, and really good coffee.

Lovely Muffins - Edit
Tried three different muffins and they were all good. Stopped by a third time, but they were sold out, so go early. It can be really busy, so be prepared to wait to order and find seating. The muffins are delicious, but I wish they offered more vegan meals.

An awesome place for the hippy in you - Edit
We stayed in Moab for 2 nights and on both days HAD to go to the Love Muffin cafe for our daily fix of muffins, waffles and coffee. This really is a great place to eat. We're vegans and had a huge amount of choice, sampling the tasty muffins, waffles with syrup. walnuts and bananas one day, and a huge veggie burrito (and more muffins) the next day. It isn't exclusively vegan/veggie serving 'regular' soups and sandwiches. It's a very relaxed atmosphere. We sat out in the sun watching the residents/tourists of Moab go about their business whilst we enjoyed 'second breakfast'. We

Love those muffins, waffles and sandwiches!!! - Edit
This is a great find!!! We got there and tried their waffels with bananas and strawberries. It was so flavorful that we only added a tiny amount of syrup. The atmosphere was like a diner and all the staff was very helpful. We ordered a peanut butter chocolate vegan muffin that was the best and two sandwiches to go. WOW! My wife had the turkey and I had the BBQ tofu (they were great) on freshly baked rolls that were also great! Loved it!
