Hardly any vegetarian menu options, and nothing vegan. Why is this bakery on Happy Cow?

Big place, OK for vegetarians I guess - Edit
I had breakfast at Love Horno Artesano once some time ago. As in most places in town, it's easy to have a vegan breakfast: tostada con tomate (toasted bread with tomatoes) and orange juice.
