Perfetto - Edit
It was welcoming and tasty, but as French person we didn’t know that the bread or the water weren’t free, is it something normal in Italia or?. Anyways we had to pay 9€ with the note just for 3 slice of bread and a bottle of water.

Great vegan/vegetarian food - Edit
The food was quite good. The starters were amazing, I can absolutely recommend the fried zucchini flower! The vegan cheeses were great as well. The main courses were fine. And the desserts were amazing again as well. Especially the chocolate cake was great!!

Great experience - Edit
L'OV was our first meal in Italy. The food was lovely. They do have several options, most of which are vegan. We both had pasta dishes and were very impressed. The restaurant interior is very nice.
Read moreWe shared a dark chocolate torte and a creme brulee. Both were nice.
The reason we didn't give this 5 stars is because whilst the food was nice, it wasn't great. Expensive.
Pros: Good food, Nice looking restaurant

Yum! A great stop. - Edit
This was my first vegetarian restaurant (I’m vegan) and it was great! Clearly labeled vegan vs. vegetarian options. Vegan cheese plate was a good option for an appetizer and the pasta dish I got was delicious. My non-vegan husband had the burger (like a Beyond burger) and said it was pretty good. Cool interior vibe with lots of plants.

Not to be missed! - Edit
One of the best meals I’ve had. On par with Plant Food Wine in LA. The vegan cheese plate was delicious, the carrot ginger tortellini was so good! Very cute spot for a nice night out.

Crazy Cheese - bad price performance - Edit
The vegan dishes are easy to read on the menu. The vegan cheese plate is unique, great! The main courses and drinks are too expensive. Not a good value for money, but on holiday you can treat yourself. All in all, a good place to go for vegans and people with gluten intolerance.

A MUST for vegans/vegetarians in Florence - Edit
I have been vegan for 12 years and this is genuinely the best vegan food I’ve ever had. If you are looking for classic Tuscan dishes made vegan then look no further! They are not a strictly vegan restaurant as they serve egg and dairy products, but the menu clearly lists allergens (including nuts, soy, and gluten) so even though they offer dairy and egg products you could easily tell what had egg or dairy in it based on the numbers next to each menu item. The menu is mostly in Italian with English descriptions. They had a vegan formaggi (cheese) appetizer platter which was the first vegan hard cheese that I’ve had. It felt like real cheese and had such a wonderful variety of flavors. For dinner we got the tortellini and lasagna, both of which were lovely. If you like butternut squash soup, you will love the tortellini as it has a similar sweetness. They also serve wine, which was certified vegan. The staff was friendly and patient with us as we know limited Italian. I would 100% eat here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. It is a bit pricey compared to other restaurants, but definitely worth the price for how great the food was. The atmosphere was very welcoming and unique.

Trying to be fancy, but failing - Edit
Food is good, a bit too peppery. Flavours are tradicional, nothing new. Could be better presented and the flavours could be more inovattive for the price and environment that you are in. A bit disappointing. They made us pay more one of the plates because we wanted to share one of the dishes.

Wonderful dinner out - Edit
Had an amazing dinner with my girlfriend here! Plenty of vegan options and a wonderful atmosphere. It was on a Friday night and they were very busy so make a reservation. We had the soy skewers, the gnocchi, and the eggplant Parmesan. All recommended although the eggplant Parmesan and the soy skewers stole the show. I would definitely return next time in Florence.

Not all vegan - Edit
Not all dishes are vegan. I guess the menu is seasonally changing. Anyway, there were several vegan antipasti, one option for the first course and several options for the second course. One vegan Dessert (Crema Katalonia) which was so delicious! They are offering vegan wine as well.
