Nice place and happy overall - Edit
Nice selection of vegan options. The breakfast was nice. They could adjust the table to make it easier a wheelchair which is great. No extra change for alternative milks.

The food is great and the atmosphere is so homely, the food is a bit overpriced but I love this place and it’s a go-to for me. I love that they’re in most cities and they’re the same in every place. The pink lemonade is also amazing and the vegan breakfast is very good.

Turned away in a rude manner - Edit
Quite disappointing experience today. Was left standing at the front of the restaurant with three children to be eventually told they had no tables. Whilst we understand places are struggling with staff due to the pandemic, this could have been handled in a lot friendly way. A simple sorry we can’t serve anyone else due to staff shortages would have been fine. Poor customer service, we instead went to the circle who were welcoming and friendly.

They serve the “beyond meat” burger here with vegan Edam cheese and honestly it’s too die for, it’s the perfect texture and density burger and that combined with the fake cheese and burger sauce I’m sold, they also provide at the other “lounge” restaurants like Portello Lounge in west b, also it’s only roughly £11 foo, free dessert or wine if you go on a Monday
