Finally - a Chinese restaurant with great options! - Edit
We saw the vegetarian options and called the restaurant who confirmed they were indeed vegan. Our waiter was actually very knowledgable and when we told him we were vegan, he said "OK, so no animal products at all." We decided to order the Singapore noodles (no meat, sub tofu) which was a bit spicy, but still curry-flavored goodness. We also ordered the tofu and eggplant, which came with a slightly sweet sauce which was delicious. The waiter also confirmed for us that the crispy noodles they serve at the beginning were vegan as well. Will definitely be going back!
