No vegan options - Edit
They don’t actually have anything vegan, and maybe aren’t entirely sure what vegan is so please avoid.

Avoid! - Edit
It sounded like they had some vegan options here but all they have is a burrito and the hash. Ordered the hash and it was wet and flavorless. Packets of ketchup and hot sauce could not help the mix of potato, corn and spinach mess with soggy toast. I ate it because it was food but I really wished I could have sent it back. $50 for 2 of these and 2 coffees? Hugely disappointing. The wait person was not knowledgeable about vegan as he asked how we liked our eggs and didn’t seem to understand plant based milk. Go to one of the many vegan places nearby and just support them!

Classic Diner Can’t Do Vegan - Edit
Cool enough place and maybe your only 24 hour option, but my brunch here was a bust. Only two breakfast options, one being a burrito I didn’t try and the other vegan hash that was a clear indication that the kitchen thinks vegan means you don’t care about flavor, texture or variety.
Read moreThe hash: a sloppy mix of quartered new potatoes, spinach and corn that was closer to soup than the crispy fried dish I was expecting. Filling, yes. Satisfying and delicious? Absolutely not.
Hard pass. Too many other options within footsteps including Ben and Ester’s Vegan Deli just across the street.

Disappointed - Edit
I always feel bad leaving a negative review, and I’d rather encourage omni places that seem like they’re making an effort to expand their vegan options. I hope they continue to do so in the future and will definitely update my review if I have any reason to.
Read moreSo with that in mind, I came here excited to try their vegan hash. Normally I love breakfast potatoes! But wow, I hated these. Maybe it was just the wrong mix of foods for my taste, but the corn salsa overpowered everything and between that and the bell peppers, it was oddly wet and very off-putting. I ended up barely picking at my meal and not finishing. Sorry, Lost Lake Lounge…I can appreciate the attempt but won’t be trying this dish again. Maybe their lunch or dinner options are better?

Great vegan options and fun atmosphere - Edit
A lot of mixed reviews on here but I loved this spot. Do not be surprised that they will insist on proof of vaccination for entry, and they will check the cards for your entire party -- so don't forget to bring your vax card or a picture of it! Host and server were lovely, friendly and courteous. Got the vegan burrito with soyrizo and it was amazing - the guac in particular was excellent. Had a coffee and a beer too, both good, and my omnivorous dining companions also loved their food and drinks. Will definitely be back to try the vegan hash!

They put butter and sour cream in the containers - Edit
Title says.
Read moreI got the vegan burrito and also the vegan hash but when I got it there was a packet of butter melted all over the hash so I went to the burrito but there was sour cream in the same container smashed up with the guac and the pico de gallo so I'm not actually sure what the point is.

Vegan options not great, service is really rando. - Edit
The only reason to go to Lost Lake is if all your friends are going after bar-hopping and they can’t be convinced to go somewhere else.

Vegan breakfast hash....!!! - Edit
I always order the vegan breakfast hash with optional Field Roast sauces. It’s truly breakfast comfort food!! A quirky decorated place...vegans may not like the occasional stuffed animal or fish head on the walls

What a Surprise! - Edit
I ordered a Vegan Reuben here. I was absolutely delighted! It was made with mushrooms, instead of the mock meats that are so popular in Seattle. The staff was quick and pleasant, even though it was crowded. Go here! I recommend it.

Update: I've been here many more times and have had widely varying experiences. Some servers/chefs seem to know what vegan means, some don't. I updated from 4 cows to 3 based on this variability.
Pros: 24 hours, Really Pleasant
Cons: Inconsistent with Vegans

No more vegan friendly than Denny's - Edit
I came here early one morning for breakfast. I looked at the menu before coming and there were lots of items marked with a V, so I was looking forward to a good vegan breakfast. When I got here, I was told that V stands for vegetarian and really everything has dairy in it and the only thing vegan was the vegan hash. I asked about the oatmeal and they said it's made with dairy (I think even Denny's has vegan oatmeal). So, needless to say, I won't be coming here again. They may have good vegan lunch and dinner options, but I'll never know. Why come here when there are so many other places that cater to vegans?
