We opted for the Street Tacos with veggies, and it comes with black beans and rice. The rice had mostly cooked with some uncooked grains. All of it needed seasoning… IMO. Ask for extra salsas to help with flavor.

Just like Chipotle you can choose between tacos or a burrito and choose what you'd like in it down the line, but no bowl or salad options here. They have rice, beans, and limited veggies like cilantro, raw red onion, and pico de gallo. The person in front of me ordered a veggie burrito and the fajita veggies looked sad - grey and slimy - so I opted for a rice and bean burrito. Multiple bites included crunchy, underdone rice. It was a good sized burrito however

Delicious, filling & vegan - Edit
I was starving at the airport and was struggling to find something. I came across this place in the C terminal and it is great. Veggie burrito is cooked fresh with a hot tortilla. Add GIAC and you will be very happy and full. They have vegan black beans and rice they add. You can do bowls and tacos as well.
