Excellent Mexican restaurant - Edit
Very authentic and soulful place, the best for dates and meetings with friends. The menu is all Mexican, vegan options are marked. We've been here twice and most recently had homemade corn chips with salsa (note: the chips served with a non-vegan sauce, so ask for a vegan one), guacamole, Mexican fries and a burrito with rice, beans and vegetables.
Read moreThe server cooked guacamole right in front of us! It was unexpected, so exciting, it turned out delicious. And now I know how to cook guacamole :)) The fries were good, and the burrito was hearty, my husband and I shared one serving for two. They also cook chips themselves, I highly recommend trying it, their chips are not at all like chips from the store.
There was a performance with Mexican songs in the restaurant, so it felt like we were actually in Mexico. I was so glad to hear my favorite song “Cielito Lindo” live! We were here until closing, because we didn’t want to leave that beautiful place.
Highly recommend!
Note: Legumbres picadillo tacos (marked vegan/vegetarian) are served with non-vegan sauce, containing pork fat, ask to change the sauce to vegan.

Nothing special - Edit
You're allowed to smoke inside the restaurant and the non-smoking area is right next to the kitchen. The smell of meat was so strong we had to sit outside.
Read moreFood is nothing special and needed sauce, we had to order (and pay for) extra salsa. We had the guacamole which was nice but expensive and the chips had to be ordered separately. The quesadilla and burrito both had the same vegetable filling. The friendly staff let us know though - apparently the fajitas come with other vegetables.
Pros: Central location , Friendly service , Cute place
Cons: Expensive for Yerevan , Not a lot of options , Smoking allowed inside

Dear Guest,
Read moreBack in 2021, all restaurants had both smoking and non-smoking sitting areas, but the law has changed in 2022, and all of them are now smoke free.
Currently, at Los Pueblos, there are many vegetarian and vegan options, which is a very rare case for a restaurant in Armenia.
Prices: guacamole, sauces, tortillas, chips, all of these and many more authentic spices, herbs and ingredients used in our kitchen are not local, but we import them from Mexican growers and manufacturers from California, which make our kitchen authentic, again, very rare case for Armenia. We buy only high quality products and use only fresh and local produce to serve only the best to our guests. Since we buy imported avocados for guacamole and use imported maseca flour for our chips, tortillas and 11 types of chiles for making our Sauses from scratch with authentic recipes, we cannot offer inexpensive guacamole or complimentary chips like it is done in California or Mexico. We are only happy that we can offer those to our guests who appreciate and love Mexican food.
Please give us another try on your next visit and I am sure you will find a lot to love about Los Pueblos.
