Great arepa

My friend and I went in because the lady was so nice. She made great arepas- mine was vegan his was not, both were fantastic. Very tasty, filling and reasonably priced- will definitely return!

Delicious Venezuelan Food!

Located in downtown Ensenada & owned by two wonderful Venezuelan sisters Alva and Sulay. I just happened to spot the name Los Panas. Pana is a Venezuelan term for buddy or friend. My husband is Venezuelan and loved the food & so did I. We ordered a vegan Arepa with mushroom, zucchini, onions and vegan empanada with beans and plantains which was not in the menu but they made it for us after we told them we were vegan. They even had a delicious fresh squeezed passion fruit juice. Outside seating only.
