Read moreEl sitio es encantador y los bowls son increíbles. Coloridos, sabrosos, balanceados, preparados con tiempo en el momento de ser pedidos. Tienen variedad y también distintas salsas. Ingredientes locales y toda la cocina de inspiración yucateca.
Me gusta también tienen conciencia eco, si llevas un bowl, será en el mismo plato que luego devuelves.
También preparan jugos frescos. Super recomendado.

Freshness in a bowl! - Edit
I went on a holiday to Tulum with my partner. We like to eat clean and definitely want to keep our food as fresh as possible while traveling. Bowls de Guadalupe was delicious! They also have yummy smoothies which I tried almost every other day since it’s very hot in Tulum, it was so refreshing! Bowls are great portions for the price, you get full but not as full to overcome your belly! That’s what I like! Your taste buds get a lot of flavor (I tried 3 bowls to all which satisfied me and my partner!) I wish there were more places like this! Quick and easy, full of flavor and good nutrients for your body!

We visited here last night and loved the food. We had 2 different super food salad bowls and they were delicious and really filling and delicious.

Fresh and Cool - Edit
I was looking for something that was not a restaurant or tacos and I found the perfect place. Located next to Be Tulum and The Nest, a very chill and cool open area with nice shops and this gem. I love the food, very fresh flavors even for a non vegan person. If you are in Tulum this is a must!

Discovered this place last month; looks like they opened recently.
Read moreMe and my gf were looking for smoothie on our first morning after yoga and found los Bowls de Guadalupe by accident. They are still working on detailing the place.
Definitely recommend the "healthy bowls" as they are kind of obsessed with that.
Yet we ended up stopping there every day during our vacation as the staff is super nice and the food very tasty and affordable; they also sell interesting "remedies"... Good luck to Alexandra the owner and can't wait to go back during season.
Pros: Best vegan meal I had in Tulum, Authentic Mayan Salsas, Fun local staff
Cons: Need to iron details as brand new, Not open for dinner; they say they will soon
