Fantastic

Vegan options were impressive and delicious, the staff were very attentive and helpful and even provided us some free tastings from the menu

Amazing Clearly Marked Vegan Menu That Changes

I love the vegan options here! I have eaten here through three menu changes so far and you really can't go wrong. Lorens is located right on the beach, which makes for a nice walk after eating as well. The menu is available in English and the vegan options are all together, which is nice. The food is plated well and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

Pros: Great, inventive food, Nice environment, Friendly staff

Cons: Sometimes hard to find parking

Excellent

Lorens is a stylish, fairly high-level restaurant with lots of vegans options. There is a vegan menu. Restaurant is really nice and pleasant in terms of decor. Waiters understood what veganism is. Nice area in Marina di Massa. Food was excellent. Generally follows a macrobiotic way of cooking.

Update: went a second time 24/11/2023. Food again was fantastic with excellent service and clearly marked vegans options. Staff know what vegan is. Abundance of vegan options. They even had a dish, crespella ai funghi, with shiitake mushrooms from nearby Sarzana!

Non è un ristorante vegano ma non è da tutti avere un intero menù dedicato dove poter scegliere tra tre antipasti tre primi tre secondi tre dolci con una chef in cucina che si occupa solo di quello... Tutto buonissimo... Straconsigliato

Vegan e gluten-free

Tante opzioni vegane e gluten free, piatti con materie prime semplici ma ben strutturati, complessi e accattivanti. Da l’antipasto al dolce, c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta.

Clear five stars!

We tried all vegan restaurants in the greater area and this one is the clear winner by far! The chef is an artist, prepares delicious food and deserves to be visited as soon as possible! Prices are right, service is sublime and the wine is perfect too! Go there for lunch while at the beach or come for dinner, it's well worth it!

Ristorante eccezionale: personale gentile, superdisponibile e ben preparato sui piatti, cibo superbo. Finalmente un posto in cui ho avuto a disposizione un menù interamente vegano, pieno di opzioni per nulla banali e cucinate divinamente.
I prezzi per nulla alti, anzi, per quello che offrono sono più che onesti.

Una garanzia a 5 stelle

Il mio ristorante preferito. Da quando l’ho scoperto non ho più provato altro. Materie prime di primissima qualità cucinate superbamente.

I want to give five stars

I want to give five stars but happycow policy won't let me!!! I just at a delicious miso soup and a plate with pasta con pesto while I was drinking a black tea! The pesto came with pine seeds!! Then they served an incredible plate of mixed vegetables, Apple slices, Broccoli, Falafel, Kale, Pumpkin, Rice, Mandarine, dried tomatoes, olives, sun flower seeds!!! It was all so delicious!! The combination of sweet and sour was so well balanced! They serve macrobiotic plates with high quality ingredients. They serve vegan/vegetarian options and seafood. The staff is very professional and friendly! The place is beautifully designed and it has an authentic character. They play relaxing jazz music in the background. When the sun is shining we can enjoy the terrace which is surrounded by many living plants! They also sell some raw food energy bars for take away at the bar. The location has space for so many people that you can have a party with all your friends here! I will definitely come back!!
