Serves meat, vegan options available. Upscale lakefront bar and restaurant at the Hyatt Hotel. Has a separate vegetarian menu that includes vegan dishes.
The food is good - but your have to remind them what vegan is. - Edit
There is one vegetarian main - grilled tofu - that you can ask to swap out the mash for roast potatoes. It’s pretty awesome. The green beans are great too, if they have them. Apart from that, nothing else is vegan. If you ask for the salads to be vegan you end up with a $20 plate of lettuce. Don’t bother. Our waiter, Billie, comped us some sorbet for desert. It was home made and delish.
Great location and servers. Food could be better. - Edit
It's true that drinks cost a lot at the Lone Eagle, but the meals are reasonably priced. The servers, especially Billy, are very knowledgeable about which dishes can be made vegan. Plus you have many people waiting on you and the service is impeccable. I do not recommend the veganized Mushroom Penne Rigate. It would have had some taste with a red sauce and Spicy Italian Beyond Sausages. Easy fix. My family did enjoy the fish and chips and we all enjoyed the Fried Shishito Peppers, Sautéed Haricots Verts and the Roasted Cremini Mushrooms (veganized) side dishes. I would probably order those next time although I have high hopes that they will offer a fancy vegan version of their Beyond Burger as they do at Oliver's in Santa Barbara. I will return and I appreciate their willingness to accommodate all diets.
