Big sign in the window says vegetarian food. Menu is all in Russian and staff speaks little English, but if you say veganska they will let you know what you can eat. Free Wi-Fi. Reported closed, Oct 2017.

Just some cold pie with eggs - Edit
It is written outside, that "vegetarian food", but there were only a cold pie and two kinds of pastries. All with eggs inside. So I could not eat anything. The young lady there spoke English.

Cons: no egg free option, no variety

Decent food, GREAT find - Edit
Stumbling across a restaurant which advertises vegetarian food in Minsk is a gold mine. I was really glad to find this place. This is a small cafe with only 1 employee working when I went in for lunch. He spoke very little English (menu all in Russian, no pictures), but it with some hand gestures and pointing at things, we were able to sort out a meal of hummus and pita and veggies. It cost me about $3 US.
Read moreThe nearest metro stop is the Oktyabrskaya stop on the blue line.
The outdoor seating is under a canvas tent and protected from rain.
The entrance is to the RIGHT of the 'vegetarian food' sign. To the left is a different restaurant.
If you don't know any Russian (I don't), just say "ya veganska" and they'll take care of you.
Pros: All-vegetarian, Understands "vegan"
Cons: Menu only in Russian
