Vegan friendly Bakery - Edit
Each product has a label whether it is vegan or vegetarian. There are not only boring rolls and breads offered but also chocolate rolls, raisin rolls, "milk" rolls, chocolate crossaints and more.

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be much choice for vegans in the cafe. I didn't see any vegan sandwiches or vegan cakes. There's nothing on the website either. So the bakery is limited to vegan rolls, crossaints and breads.
"Löscher Bäckerei-Konditorei" is a regional Bochum bakery chain with many vegan options. Online on the website you can also filter by 'vegan' and order products to your desired store.
This store here in Kaiserstrasse is huge with on site cafe. There are many seats.
