it was okay but i dont want this company to struggle - Edit
this is my second time at loco coco, first time was a small location in the south street seaport in manhattan and this time im somewhere in la. despite being on the opposite side of the country i was disappointed tht my customer service experiences was similar. the woman who made my smoothie was all alone in this spot. didnt seem very busy though. i rly want this company to prosper, and will continue to visit different locations hoping for a better experience. i got a smoothie but asked if it could be placed in the smaller juice cup. i told her she could charge me for the normal smoothie but just to use a juice cup instead but she was not flexible. luckily i am lol. told her it was fine but it just felt like such a small thing tht wouldnt have taken much effort. im not sure. smoothie was pretty good. took a little long despite us being the only customers. plus this location is freezing inside. and empty which i think contributes to the cold feeling. idk lol. i want to love this place. i rly do.
