Disappointing food at Local Pizza

Although it’s nice that this rural area has a restaurant that offers a few vegan options, the food left us unsatisfied and financially disappointed. We ordered the vegan cheese pizza and added mushrooms, green peppers, and onions. The toppings cost about $3.50 per each topping. The crust has no detectable seasoning. The tomato based pizza sauce had absolutely no flavor at all, not even of tomatoes. The vegan cheese they choose to use was just a flavorless useless coating of plant based slime. The vegan wings and vegan sauces were just mediocre at best. The 7 chicken wings and sauces, pizza, and two bottled ice tea drinks plus tax added up to $61. We gave Local Pizza a second chance today, but we will look elsewhere for a nice vegan meal the next time that we’re in the area.

Pros: The fact that they offer some vegan options.

Cons: No flavor., Overpriced.

Good food!

Decent number of options from pizza to bowls.

Pros: Beyond meat tacos, Vegan cheese for the pizza, Boneless vegan wings were delicious

Delicious vegan pizza

Some of the best vegan pizza I’ve had. They also have several other vegan options, though we only tried the pizza.
