Great for diverse group - Edit
Had lunch with our work team, a diverse group of eaters, and everyone seemed to enjoy their meal. The vegan, the gluten-sensitive fellow, and the burger-and-fries lover all found something they liked. Also enjoyed the comfortable outdoor seating.

I’ve been here 3 times and I love it. I have a plant based diet so it was very nice seeing vegan options on the menu. I’ve had the Garden Sammie and the Quinoa Burger which are both amazing. Highly recommend if you like clean food.

Went there for dinner with my wife and sister after subsisting on hospital for 2 weeks. That might skew my opinion somewhat, but I was pleased to see about 8 vegan options total, including carrot cake and brownies.

Excellent Bahn Mi - Edit
I love the bahn mi with tofu here, and they give the option of using a vegan aioli, which I really appreciated. The bahn mi is only available at this location to my knowledge, but their are a couple other franchise-wide vegan choices. There’s not a ton of entrees here for a vegan, but there are a few, which is more than I can say for a lot of other restaurants in Houston.

Local Foods is vegan friendly and oh so tasty. - Edit
Local Foods has two locations in Houston. On the menu (which changes seasonally) there are several vegan soups, salads and sandwiches (clearly labelled). I had the falafel sandwich with olives, vegan yogurt, sambal, pickled red onion and tomato on a hearty wheat bread. My two sides were Asian cabbage slaw and housemade potato chips. Delicious, reasonable priced, good portions and cool vibe. Local Foods is great for vegetarians and vegans
