Not groundbreaking, but perfectly serviceable - Edit
We had the burger (one of few choices) and we enjoyed it. It’s rather basic and quite expensive (which is to be expected at an airport) but it feels like heaven after a long flight. The service is friendly and the location also has spaces for charging devices. Would definitely recommend to refuel between long flights without onboard vegan service (like we had).

GRU Airport barely has options. Restaurant with labeled vegan options - simple burger with good fries and soy chicken nuggets. Not great, expensive as expected for an airport, but still it's a good option.

The São Paulo Guarulhos airport doesn't have a ton of vegan options, but this Living Heineken spot in Terminal 3 offers a labeled vegan burger and vegan chicken nuggets.
Read moreThe nuggets (R$80) are expensive and get boring after two or three.
The burger (R$69) is pretty good with a nice bun.
Note: this place also has a 15% service charge added at the end, so it's more expensive than you think.
All told, it's still better than whatever food you'll be served on your plane ride abroad.
