Very cool place, good brunch - Edit
Not huge numbers of vegan options but the vegan breakfast was great - hash browns, avo, all of that. Clearly very popular with locals!

Some vegan breakfast or brunch options - Edit
Looked though didn’t eat here. At the time of writing they offered a vegan version of a full English or breakfast butty. Plus either avocado on toast or mushrooms with spinach on toast. A couple of plant based milks for drinks. Some vegan cakes too. Cafe is in Hoole near Chester.

Really good food and coffee, not many vegan options - Edit
This is a really nice cafe with really good coffee and some breakfast / brunch food items. However, there is only one vegan option on the menu. There are several vegetarian options though, and they offer oat milk and soy milk.
