Calm and cozy interior. I came here for breakfast and chose the vegan french toast, which is a warmed croissant with cashew cream, strawberries and nut butter. It’s a shame that plant based mylks cost extra, hence 4 vs 5 stars. The savoury options sound very good too, I would definitely come for lunch if I had more time in Hobart.

Little Lotus is a tucked away oasis of vegan options - Edit
Little Lotus is currently one of my favourite places in AUSTRALIA to get a vegan breakfast. Our first experience here was in 2021 and my partner and I were blown away by the staff, food and atmosphere. We've returned a couple of times since and each time has been a delight. Be mildly wary of the chili garnishes! They can surprise you 😅

White Lotus is a great (mostly) vegan breakfast cafe that omnis will enjoy as well. Staff are attentive and swift, food is excellent. Avo smash on 'melt in your mouth' sourdough is a highlight and their tofu scramble is perfect (mildly eggy, good texture, tangy in the right ways) - make sure you at least get some scramble on the side. Atmosphere and layout is well done

The laksa was so great. Good serving size and super tasty. My friend got the french toast which they enjoyed. Brownie was okay, more of a cake than a brownie but they had a good selection of desserts.

What an amazing cafe! Probably some of the best vegan food in Hobart/Tas. I got the mixed mushrooms with sourdough, truffle oil and garlic bread crumb a side of tofu scramble👌 plus some banana bread and a matcha latte. All amazing.

Beautiful little cafe tucked away from tourist trap.Some of the freshest and best vagan food had in a very long time. Lots of choices available for lunch and breakfast- we had the Pumkin Salad and Bagal and they were both delicious. The cafe has a focus on local, organic and ethical food, a great place for clean and ethical eaters.

The menu is entirely vegetarian with loads of vegan options clearly labelleled. We had the banana bread with vegan ice cream and fruit and a serve of the vegan brunch bagel which was so good! The tofu scramble on the bagel was really tasty and the miso cheese sauce pulled it all together. Coffee was awesome and the green smoothie is super refreshing. Definitely give this place a go, you won't be dissapointed.

A beautiful clean cafe with delicious health conscious food. The staff are friendly and we enjoyed our meals a lot. We had a vegan potato salad toastie and vegan breakfast plate as well as the banana bread with baked apple and vegan ice cream. Coffee was very nice and so was the green smoothie. We’re looking forward to visiting again.

This cafe tucked away from the main strip is a gem with many vegan options to delight your palate. The vibe, the music and the food are spot on. My matcha almond latte was out of this world and the Caraway seeds bagel was finger licking material. Don’t miss this place!
