Language barrier - Edit
It seemed like the host we had did not really understand English. I inquired about a curry and asked if it could be made vegan and was told that "anything I want on menu can be vegan". Wondered if they were using shrimp in the curry (all original curries supposedly have shrimp), and they told me they would happily add shrimp to my liking.
Read moreIn the end I gave in and ordered the green curry. It was pretty fatty and pretty bland, but there it seemed to be the same all over the beach.
Rimlay was a restaurant next to Little Jamaica and they had a "J" menu, which I think means vegetarian or vegan, but I didn't discover until later.

Read moreThe menu is not exclusively vegetarian but there are a few options available. On request staff are very happy to make dishes that meet your dietary requirements, food was super tasty.

No vegan menu.... - Edit
The menu doesn't say vegan, but they did accommodate me and the food was quite tasty. And you can't beat beach side seating for atmosphere. If you are near or as close as Tubkaek beach, definitely make the trek. Not what you'll be used to stateside but worth it.

Pad Thai - Edit
Really good vegan pad thai and spring rolls. They understand what vegetarian and vegan mean right away. Super easy. Atmosphere is nice if you like reggae (even russan reggae that was funny to listen)
