Tofu Everything! - Edit
They are very flexible with your needs, but you need to be very clear with every item and have them repeat it back if you are ogmenting anything. Due to a rush, I ended up with shrimp in my salad rolls instead of tofu. Not a big deal, glad I noticed before eating it. Really nice staff.
